Second stay in the hotel for a bike holiday. Decent food, nice spacious rooms and friendly service. The animation in the evening can be very loud, but you have a second door in the room 😉

The staff were very helpfull. Underground parking was available. The indoor pool was actually heated and not warm to cold. Joel at the front check in counter was very friendly and very helpful. All the Staff spoke perfect English.

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. Only suggestion would be to include a pod coffee machine in the rooms! Otherwise a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Truly enjoy the stay in a well-maintained apartment with good amenities and in a good location. Double-glazing windows helped to dampen the street noise during busy period. Host is very responsive to questions.

A large , clean and quite room, just what we needed for one night

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Silvia and Joan in the spa reception. Joan showed us all the options in the circuit of the Spa and left us to enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation in the beautiful area. Then came the 50 minutes oriental massage which was heavenly. Alannia Guardamar is a great site to visit. The staff are friendly as are many of the campers from other countries. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and any events are advertised in plenty of time. A good holiday is guaranteed!

I love Alannia Guardamar. Over many years I have experienced good and not-so-good meals in the restaurant, but the meal we had recently surpassed them all. Recommended by Vicente we enjoyed a shared mixed salad followed by the most delicious seafood paella. Totally wonderful. Both the food and the service were excellent.

Room is very nice, however if it faces the street you will hear cars, people and music at night. Very nice shower facilities. Service is very good, many breakfast options but just one coffee machine which can get busy. Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.

Outdoor space was exceptional with uninterrupted sea views. Negatives, booked 2 rooms, they couldn’t have put us further away from each other. Our room was a penthouse, 2nd bedroom was tiny with no clothes storage what so ever, Wi-Fi wasn’t worth it, when you finally connected it would drop out. On site bar closes at 4 pm, restaurant prices were extortionate.

I find the bad reviews a bit exaggerated. We were last weekend and everything was perfect. Clean without cockroaches as many say. The food runs out and if they replace it. Also good. Perhaps little change but very good value for money. There is a beach 15 minutes away as they say: Venice beach. All in all very good

The location is perfect, and the restaurant staff are really nice. The reception staff were also nice except one evening the sauna didn't work and the young lady got a bit annoyed when I asked when it will be fixed. I thus could not use the sauna during my stay here. The food doesn't have any vegan and very few vegetarian options but other than this everything else was good.

My husband and I are staying at this hotel for the third time. We particularly enjoy the great location, fantastic breakfast on the beach, friendly staff, and excellent room service. The deluxe rooms upstairs are spacious, but unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit dated; we prefer the modern shower to the old bathtub.
