rooms were very good clean and up to date. perfect wifi. everything clean. one minus was no water boiler for coffe or tea at the room witch is kinda weird in 2026. brakefast was not worth it but it probably because its low season. overall good.

Room was great and spacious- actually must be bigger square footage than advertised! I thought it would be tight- i travel a lot and rooms less than 200 sq ft are tight. TV was very limited. I can only share my experiences of the restaurant, which was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent food and the service was brilliant, with reasonably priced meals in a pristine and relaxed environment. The waitress Brook was very friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well catered for. Thank you very much 👍🏻 I highly recommend!

The hotel is very comfortably furnished and located right in the center of Alicante. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel features an intimate pool and an excellent rooftop with a stunning view of the castle. The Fondillon restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. The hotel was stylish. The staff was really attentive. The first day the shower faucet broke, but they fixed it quickly. The breakfast was good and varied enough. Of course we would have liked a little less fat yogurt and the coffee could have been better.

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. Only suggestion would be to include a pod coffee machine in the rooms! Otherwise a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Clean and spacious. Amenities were great. This hotel actually gives you free water and soft drinks daily which was awesome! Only issue was that the walls are not sound proof so it can be difficult to sleep. Being close to the beach was still nice.

We've had a very pleasant stay. We were staying in an apartment at Market Suites. The kitchen was well equipped, the room very comfortable. Staff was very nice and the breakfest was phenomenal. The absolute number 1 location in Javea at the moment. Other than the quite complicated coffee machines in the room (get Nespresso!) the location is great, views magnificent, rooms hip and completely up to standards, the rooftop (with pool and bar!) a big surprise and the staff lovely and extremely helpfull. To start check in took time because there was a confusion with the payment. A group of students were staying in the hotel so there was a lot of noise and the pool area was dirty. Alannia Guardamar is a great site to visit. The staff are friendly as are many of the campers from other countries. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and any events are advertised in plenty of time. A good holiday is guaranteed!

I love Alannia Guardamar. Over many years I have experienced good and not-so-good meals in the restaurant, but the meal we had recently surpassed them all. A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Due to it being an old building it does however bring with it both good and not so good aspects. On the positive it’s a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe to it. A gem ! Gorgeous little intimate hotel in a quiet location. Beautiful entrance and lobby area, luscious courtyard, comfy lounge, lovely bedroom, abundance of quirky and original artwork everywhere. And most of all the best staff I have ever experienced in a hotel. We will definitely return. Thankyou.

Very unique hotel . Loved the artwork and the rooms. Great location for the old town.

This hotel is very unique and each room is different. We really enjoyed our room and the balcony to the courtyard. The parking is a little challenging but the staff was accommodating in helping problem solve. They had jazz in the lobby 2 of the 3 nights we were there so if you don’t like noise I wouldn’t recommend it.

Lively boutique hotel in central Denia, easy access to restaurants around , train, beach , friendly staff, never had breakfast as so many options around, room was spacious & well decorated, air conditioner is good, we had drinks well priced. Will return if staying in the town again.

There are so many good things to say about this hotel - our room was comfortable, clean, bright and airy; the decor was quirky and interesting; the real wood fire in the reception area was a lovely touch; the staff were helpful and always available. All of this and it’s in the heart of Denia.
