The room was bright and the king-size bed was soft and comfortable, although two beds pushed together would be a bit small. The hotel staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Ok for a quick week away. Everything was just ok at this hotel. Its very tired and needs some major refurb in areas but is possibly suitable as a 3 star hotel. Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

Had alot of teething problems at the start of our visit where lots of things went wrong. But hotel really really tried to put things right with some superb staff. Especially "Super" Oscar at the bar and Mayte who helped us sort our taxis for the day. As well as our fabulous shuttle bus driver (sorry cant remember his name) who was really awesome.

We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated. The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

Excellent facilities, lovely suite / apartment. To use the kitchen facilities in the suite there is a local charge of around 15 euro per day. This includes fridge / freezer, microwave, grill, fan oven, toaster, pots, pans plates, cutlery etc. The sea view from the suite is amazing.

Excellent Marriott hotel set on a golf course. I wasn't there for the golf but the hotel is within a short drive a multiple towns. The hotel has plenty of room both in your room and the public areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are great quality.

I arrived in late June. The days were sunny and the nights were breezy. The hotel was fantastic! It's just across the street from the beach, and there are poolside performances in the evenings. We stayed here over the August Bank holiday and was extremely impressed for the value for money considering the summer holidays. Very nice facilities, We had a clean room with a powerful shower, working aircon and great view down to the swimming pool, staff friendly and always happy when serving you, noticed some of the prices for food were abit on the high side....but we still ordered when we wanted...

Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. The poolside bar was a nice touch too, although it was hard getting a subbed in the morning...

The first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and...

Very good. A bit expensive, the eggs at breakfast were not good but we found other tasty things. We rented a bicycle on site, that was good.

I am honestly shocked about what happened during my stay at this so-called four-star hotel. I was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door was broken. This is not a small issue — it is a serious safety problem. I was stuck inside with no proper help, and the repair person didn’t even come quickly. It was stressful and unacceptable. What made it even worse was the staff’s attitude...

Hotel location and amenities was wonderfull. Opp hotel was a nice cosy mall, and corte de englais is a spanish dept store, its classy and mostly designers clothes , shoes extra, and inside it there is a nice mercado supermarket. Hotel was okay, breakfast not excellent for me, but probably for others it is not bad, it could have done better.staff friendly and helpfull, no ironing board in the room...

The frontdesk scaned passport without asking customers. It is illegal in spain. Dont go.

Love this place. Very clean. Perfect location. It is a small apartment with a beautiful terrace. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I will go back.

We stayed for 3 weeks in January half board in room 524 which is the Junior Suite. The hotel is impressive and all staff friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The evening meal was a bit disappointing, in particular the main courses which were repetitive and not really apertising. The rooms where beautiful, cleaner made the bed every day. The restaurant was lovely too, lots of options for breakfast including procesco 😂 staff were friendly. I loved the location. Lots around you but not to busy. I would definitely return

Stayed here for Christmas. The food was lovely and the restaurant staff very nice. The Hotel was very cold and we had to ask for the heating to be turned up.
