The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Silvia and Joan in the spa reception. Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. We stayed in RH Corona hotel last week, we all were so impressed of cleanest, kindness of the staff and delicious food , everyday you could choose from healthy options,seafood, juices and fruits. Definitely will come back soon.

Fantastic hotel .. spotless , food amazing , staff very helpful and friendly, location is perfect especially the sea view rooms !! Situated on the front of poiente beach in Benidorm, loads of cafes , bars in both directions.

This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have been to, everything from food to staff, very pleasant staff and very helpful helping us to let us know ways to get into Benidorm from the hotel, Isobel (housekeeping) was so nice and always looked after us and she was always smiling, this hotel is about a 20 min walk into Benidorm from the other side of old Benidorm there are buses also to take you...

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choices. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in benidorm, but this is by far the best one yet for us. Location is fantastic along the old town. Had a sea view which was incredible waking up to that view evey morning. Will definitely return.
