Being upgraded by the hotel, it is an excellent experience. The location is good which is next to the train station. The breakfast is also delicious as well. I will choose this hotel again if I visit Zermatt again.

Super hard bed but the LOCATION….SUPERB. Boutique hotel that offered a perfectly sized solo room however the bed was too firm for me. But again the LOCATION …. Superb.

I spent over 3,000 yuan to book a 23-square-meter superior room, but was given an 8-square-meter room that was said to be the last one. This is typical false advertising. What's worse is that I twisted my ankle while skiing and was arranged to live in a loft that requires walking up a lot of stairs. They said that the waiter could help with the luggage, but I still had to climb up by myself. This is so inhumane. I asked Ctrip's housekeeper to intervene, and Ctrip also said that it was a third-party platform.

It is very convenient to stay at the train station. The room is small and a bit old.

I was very satisfied with the lovely room.
The receptionist was kind and allowed me to check in early.
It was close to the station, and the room had a bathtub and a terrace, making it a very comfortable space. I would definitely like to use it again.

The hotel is retro and the bar is very nice! It's very close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The front desk service is OK, not bad. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. I slept very comfortably! The view outside the window is OK.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter.
Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

We had a great time at this resort. If you are going up the mountain the train and the bus is very close. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic! I would defentenly go back!
