It is simply beautiful with an outstanding staff who is very friendly, attentive, caring, and professional. The rooms are very spacious, and the property is immaculate. There are two excellent restaurants

having been in Klosters many times, staying in this hotel, while not cheap, has been by far the best experience I had in Klosters

This is the fourth consecutive year that I have stayed at the hotel Vereina while attending a meeting in Klosters

Nicholas, at our reception, gave us old world style service and could not have been more professional and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the spa. The hotel has a nice gym as well

The patient answers from the front desk staff make tourists relax! The nostalgic little elevator is very safe and can accommodate one or two people at a time! The room is warmly decorated and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! Breakfast is rich and fresh! Every day, several handsome waiters are busy working diligently, with slightly serious expressions, but very dedicated!

It's an old-fashioned Swiss hotel. Although it's not the most luxurious hotel, a young boy with a dark complexion at the front desk is very good. He is sincere and courteous, and the price/performance ratio is not bad

It doesn't happen often to be able to stay at hotels where you can still immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Belle Epoque, but Hotel Victoria, family run and part of the Relais Chateaux chain, does give you this opportunity

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed. Beautifully located, the hotel is the perfect combination of class, tradition and comfort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that I will return.

Nice to stay in Glion. The hotel is lovely, with a pool. There is fitness room you can reserve for private time, with a whirlpool tub and a sauna.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant. The view on lake Geneva and France on the other side of the lake is simply beautiful. The owner collects Antiques and they well complement the already tastefully designed interior

The Staff is very kind and efficient and they are making their best to help you since the very beginning. The interiors are simply wonderful and the room offered a breathtaking view on the Lake

The breakfast was excellent, with sausage, eggs, toast, smoked salmon, and a variety of hams and cheeses. They also provided milk, yogurt, and a variety of juices

I have been coming to this hotel for 12 years and I love how I always get the same room I love the restaurant and the pools and find everything amazing

We have stayed at the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa ＞25 times and are fascinated regardless if it is for a full week or just the weekend

We have been to Lugano quite a few times and this is by far the best hotel and experience sofar. from the moment we booked there was communication, on arrival there was a very friendly helpfull staff to welcome us

The town itself is charming, intimate, and beautifully quaint—much smaller and more peaceful than Lake Como, which we had also considered for this part of our trip. Choosing Lugano was absolutely the right call

Everything at The View Lugano was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding, the on-site restaurant was fantastic, and the hotel offers a Michelin-starred tasting-menu experience that was unforgettable

The hotel is perfectly named: it sits high on a hill overlooking the stunning Lake Lugano, and the moment we stepped onto our balcony at sunset, the view literally brought my wife to tears

Loved the hotel and the service! Smaller sized (SLH member) yet the View was amazing, even though in February, the staff from front desk to restaurant to spa was very accommodating

Fantastic hotel - the second time we’ve been and can’t praise the staff enough. Lovely service amazing location and our room at the top of the tower was sensational. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny

The bathroom and shower are separated by a bedroom, which makes it awkward to go to the bathroom while taking a shower. The floor is too old and needs to be polished and oiled to be decent

This room is spacious, clean and tidy. If the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains and lakes opposite are beautiful. It is very close to the Olympic Committee

The location is great. The lake view room has a beautiful view. It is recommended to get up early to watch the sunrise over the lake. It is a very exquisite hotel

In short, the flaws are not enough to overshadow the advantages. I will choose this hotel again

Unless it's too expensive, I stay here every time I come to Lausanne. I'm used to it.

The only (really the only) aspect missing during this spa experience that makes a pleasant difference is having a decorative bowl under the massage table face hole with aroma and decorative flowers

We would like to specifically mention the woman who served us at breakfast (Belgian). What excellent and friendly service, and we appreciated the special departure gift that she arranged!

The Aïda Spa has a quiet and tranquil energy. The signature massage was incredible, especially the incorporation of a warm chocolate wrap during the winter season

We went for the Teatime offering, it was marvellous the food was great the prep was awesome. The staff were friendly and accessible the chef even introduced himself. Amazing experience, highly recommend it

Really great hotel! Amazing staff This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars

We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars! The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…)

The location is great, with a view of the snow-capped mountains from the window 🏔 and a gas station next door ⛽. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming

Since I booked at the last minute, the older lady even showed me several different room types. The only downside was the bathroom, which was about 1 square meter

We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was delicious. They helped us figure out the best places to go, when to go and how to get there

It’s in very close proximity to a lift to the mountain and the ski school which they provide a shuttle for And will also pick you up and take you to the train station. Can’t say enough nice things about this place

Calm and relaxing Mountain Villa. Perfect for a stay to recharge the batteries. No ostentatious luxury, less is more, emphasizing the cosy atmosphere. Great restaurants for every palate.

It is worth knowing before you book that the spa including sauna steam jacuzzi and other service usually get the annual maintenance between 30 th of June and 3 rd of July each year so try to avoid this time for your booking ans relaxation vacation !

Spa area is fantastic and outdoor thermal pool lovely, great to use when it was raining and I’d love it in the snow; such a contrast. Rooms big, lovely large walk in shower. Breakfast was fine, had more than enough

Stayed 3 days 2 nights on business. Hotel is a few miles outside St Gallen. Quiet rural location with nice countryside walks and set in lovely grounds

Great location, grand hotel with spa, restaurant and many other things which unfortunately we did not have time to use as we only stayed one night. Very spacious elegant room equipped with everything that you would need

There was a gap at the bottom of the shower door, which resulted a lot of water escaping to the bathroom floor (and there was no drainage on the bathroom floor)

It didn't cause us any issues but if you are staying longer than one night, it maybe a slight issue. Free parking in front of the hotel (although very narrow spaces)

Buffet breakfast was good and was served in a grand room which looked like a ballroom from a fairy tale

We have been many times to this great hotel. Lovely staff, amazing food, great location. The only criticism I have is that the pool is cold and does not allow for a nice relaxation after a hike or day of skiing

I complained to reception about this but nothing was done. The bathroom area had no door, just a flimsy curtain. The shower did not have a door either and like the toilet the lighting was awful

Accessing the wardrobe section was very tight for space. Houdini would have felt right at home here! The toilet was separate from the bathroom and the lighting in there was so poor

High quality hotel located in the beautiful Grindelwald valley. The rooms, restaurants and facilities are great and, most importantly, the staff is very friendly and attentive.

I procrastinated nearly 5 months writing this review. The good news is that the wonderful memories of this exceptional hotel have not faded

For the rest of the 4 days we were there, we enjoyed the refreshing walk to and from the hotel. The afternoon we arrived (in mid September 2025), we hiked straight out the front door and explored the immediate area

We found wildflowers, stunning mountain vistas, picturesque chalets, and two independent dairy farms with self-serve cheese kiosks and proud displays of the bells of championship cows and photos of family members

Five months later, and I still remember the venison tartare -- scrumptious! The food was so satisfying, we ate at La Marmite three of our four nights and in the hotel's other restaurant the fourth night

We called the hotel and asked for a ride from the station (the shuttle was mentioned in our booking confirmation, I believe). The van came straight down for us, saving us lugging bags up the hill

We had a really nice stay in this wonderful hotel. The room was modern and clean and all the facilities are perfect. We went skiing directly from the hotel entry, and later a little skilift brings you back to the hotel

Great mountain views! It only took us about 90 minutes to get to Jungfraujoch the next morning. The welcome drink was lovely, and the staff were all very warm and helpful

Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible. I would have liked more ceiling lights, but we managed. We walked 2-3 miles all over Basel and felt at ease and safe the whole time

There was a tiny issue with the shower head (also Duschkopf). On 6:17 in the morning it started dripping suddenly and this waked me up
