We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place very much, we thank the whole team of Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa for all the moments of joy.

The service is welcoming, food exquisite, rooms immaculate! The highlight for us was the quality of the Spa-an outstanding experience inmiddst of the majestic mountain scenery from the outdoor pool

There is always something new to discover: a new hiking path or a biking tour, a new delicious dish added to the Menu, a new cocktail to try at the elegant Bar (particularly attractive in Winter when the real fire is warming your heart & soil), a new cheese to try at the famous Cheese Degustation Friday evenings, new cake to indulge on during the 15:30-17:00 Cakes & Tea time, a new treatment offered...

We have stayed at the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa ＞25 times and are fascinated regardless if it is for a full week or just the weekend

It is a wonderful place to relax, recharge the batteries and reconnect with Nature and with oneself

We had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this tranquil, beautiful hotel

The only (really the only) aspect missing during this spa experience that makes a pleasant difference is having a decorative bowl under the massage table face hole with aroma and decorative flowers

We would like to specifically mention the woman who served us at breakfast (Belgian). What excellent and friendly service, and we appreciated the special departure gift that she arranged!

The Aïda Spa has a quiet and tranquil energy. The signature massage was incredible, especially the incorporation of a warm chocolate wrap during the winter season

We went for the Teatime offering, it was marvellous the food was great the prep was awesome. The staff were friendly and accessible the chef even introduced himself. Amazing experience, highly recommend it

Very friendly staff and much appreciated family spirit. Quality of the room, cleanliness and services available are just top notch. Only downside, shower head system in our opinion should be revised

We have been to Lugano quite a few times and this is by far the best hotel and experience sofar. from the moment we booked there was communication, on arrival there was a very friendly helpfull staff to welcome us

The town itself is charming, intimate, and beautifully quaint—much smaller and more peaceful than Lake Como, which we had also considered for this part of our trip. Choosing Lugano was absolutely the right call

Everything at The View Lugano was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding, the on-site restaurant was fantastic, and the hotel offers a Michelin-starred tasting-menu experience that was unforgettable

The hotel is perfectly named: it sits high on a hill overlooking the stunning Lake Lugano, and the moment we stepped onto our balcony at sunset, the view literally brought my wife to tears

Loved the hotel and the service! Smaller sized (SLH member) yet the View was amazing, even though in February, the staff from front desk to restaurant to spa was very accommodating

When you spend time in such a setting, you want to share it with others. We highly recommend this restaurant. We have special respect for Nazar's service, as he is a true professional

Skiing holiday in Davos Hotel is well located in Davos Platz centrum, but do not be fooled about the closest ski lift to Schatzalp, because this region is not part of Davos-Klosters skipass! Older rooms of the hotel have a little bit wear and tear and very limited number of electric power sockets

Our request to change the room due to background noise from underlying ****** was handled with friendly professionalism and extra credits for the staff about this! The new room was a modern one with good supply of electricity

My room had a superb bathroom which provided me with the versatility of both a bath and a shower The bed and the pillows were soft and perfect for me which ensured that I could have a good nights sleep every night The staff were wonderful so friendly and helpful and all very skilled linguists The hotel had a lovely warm atmosphere which was relaxing and friendly The spa facilities, yoga studio...

I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Flims having travelled with a group of ladies experiencing a yoga holiday The hotel was amazing very clean with individualised characterful rooms that were quiet and comfortable

A lovely and cozy hotel that provides everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly; the food was delicious, and the spa was pretty good. I would also recommend the yoga classes

Grear dpa with thermal water, clean, amazing views, private at the edge of town. Restaurant closed as many of the properties in the area due to economic downturn , but doesn’t matter, many restaurants around

The room is very good and large, with dry and wet separation, and is very practical. It is recommended to book a room with a balcony. After opening it, you can see the Alps. The air is good and the scenery is good

We have been at this hotel several times, at different times of the year and it never fails to deliver. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great

Our son, thinking it would be cool, jumped right in without feeling it. What a shocker!!!! The indoor pool is warm and relaxing and perfect after a days hike. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel

However my favorite place is the wellness area with the thermal swimming pool and the sauna and hammam. We’ve spent hours there and loved it so much

Really great hotel! Amazing staff This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars

We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars! The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…)

The location is great, with a view of the snow-capped mountains from the window 🏔 and a gas station next door ⛽. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming

Since I booked at the last minute, the older lady even showed me several different room types. The only downside was the bathroom, which was about 1 square meter

We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was delicious. They helped us figure out the best places to go, when to go and how to get there

It was the smallest bathroom I've ever stayed in while traveling. I couldn't even bend over to wash my hair

On the last night we are exhausted after a long day of skiing, and the room service arranged meals room Madre Nostra and Bazaar to satisfy everyone's tastes and brought it to our suite so we could have a lovely cozy dinner in our room

Our suite was gorgeous with it's own living room, dining room, kitchenette, and spacious bedroom. I adored waking up every morning to the perfect view of the Matterhorn

My only point of improvement would be that the suite could use some more closet/shelves for all our things. Thank you Cervo for the beautiful stay! We'll certainly be back!

You have access to the versatile and in a positive sense unique spa area and the breakfast is absolutely amazing - without any annoying plastic packaging! I am happy when I can go there again

We had a really wonderful stay at Cervo! The location was so easy to ski in and out of. The restaurants were fabulous for dinner and for breakfast

A beautiful hotel! Our room was very comfortable and perfectly located, but what really makes this place special is the amazing service from the whole team

It is just that it is inconvenient to buy things in the supermarket because it closes very early. We went to the supermarket at around 7 o'clock and it was closed. The hotel is in the center of the town

Within walking distance from the train station and restaurants. The room was comfortable and well appointed. A unique feature was that in order to have electricity we had put the key card in a specific slot

The hotel is one of the best in BAD Ragaz. Conveniently located to the thermal baths and the train station. The bus stop to the mountain is a couple of minutes from the hotel, free of charge

You can order additionally from the menu, but the regular breakfast was enough for me. Fruits and pastries are available all day. There is a coffee machine and a kettle in the room

The hotel is not in the city, it takes 40 minutes to drive to the city. There are several western restaurants downstairs at night

The location is great, the subway station is right outside the door, and transportation is very convenient

Here you'll be able to find the finest meat, fish or veggie accompanied by proper wines, appetizers and side dishes. The desserts are as beautiful as they're tasty and balanced. Of course the prices are up to the service

High quality hotel located in the beautiful Grindelwald valley. The rooms, restaurants and facilities are great and, most importantly, the staff is very friendly and attentive.

For the rest of the 4 days we were there, we enjoyed the refreshing walk to and from the hotel. The afternoon we arrived (in mid September 2025), we hiked straight out the front door and explored the immediate area

We found wildflowers, stunning mountain vistas, picturesque chalets, and two independent dairy farms with self-serve cheese kiosks and proud displays of the bells of championship cows and photos of family members

Five months later, and I still remember the venison tartare -- scrumptious! The food was so satisfying, we ate at La Marmite three of our four nights and in the hotel's other restaurant the fourth night

We called the hotel and asked for a ride from the station (the shuttle was mentioned in our booking confirmation, I believe). The van came straight down for us, saving us lugging bags up the hill

The French doored balcony of our lake view room was delightful for people watching​, as folks from locals to tourists, young and old passed by on the wide promenade of Via Nassa below

Very cute - right on the Lake- gorgeous views- ICE machine in the Lobby. Swimming pool was gorgeous! Very walk able- little train travels around the village- great for orientation

There is a local bus that will take you from the train station- CABS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE- english speaking- Do not expect a normal wine pour-😢😢-2 fingers of wine is 15$- buy a bottle instead

We enjoyed the “honesty bar” and outdoor space, including ping pong. The breakfast was delicious, with the best muesli of our trip and excellent croissants

Lovely Hotel in Charming Town Lovely hotel on lake. Old world charm with modern conveniences. Near bus and train. Informative staff. Signs on all languages in room.

First of all, I was quite surprised on the details of our room and the size of the hotel. it is a 3 star hotel but has swimming pool and rooms are very clean and cozy

Stay there every year All the staff are lovely, the rooms are fine with very hot showers and comfortable beds. Breakfast could be more varied, but it's alright! I like the place and am happy to recommend

Me and my husband took one week ski holiday with half board and we were so happy!! The manager was always very attentive and sees the whole flow so whenever we needed something it was done immediately

There isn't much of a commercial area nearby, and you have to make a reservation to eat at the hotel, otherwise, you might not get a table. I ordered the steak, which was more expensive, but that's normal in Switzerland

The high was 29 degrees Celsius the previous day, and 17 degrees Celsius at night. Even with the window open, it was still cool. There were some mosquitoes flying in, but they didn't bite. The breakfast was very simple

Get off at Baden train station and walk about 600 meters to the train station. There are many supermarkets and cafes, and there are also some dining options. The room was clean, but without air conditioning

I felt like there wasn't much to eat, and the coffee wasn't great. There really isn't much to eat in Zurich. All three meals consisted of bread, sausage, and potatoes

Overall, it was a good experience

It's about a 12-minute walk to the free onsen on the riverside. The hotel's own restaurant serves average Western food. It seems to be an Asian restaurant. You might find Asian dishes more appealing

We had a really nice stay in this wonderful hotel. The room was modern and clean and all the facilities are perfect. We went skiing directly from the hotel entry, and later a little skilift brings you back to the hotel

Great mountain views! It only took us about 90 minutes to get to Jungfraujoch the next morning. The welcome drink was lovely, and the staff were all very warm and helpful
