Within some days of winter sports we got relaxed and recovered in this beautiful place to be. Perfect friendly people and a welcoming athmosphere made a wunderful holiday, but much to short (one week).

Had a pleasant stay as part of a mountain biking trip. The basic room was more than suitable for one traveller and had all the basics including fridge and coffee machine

Very cozy, nice rooms, the staff is really nice and helpful. They have a room for skis and a separate room for the skishoes. There is a free bus to the slopes a 5-min walk away. It was a short, but nice stay

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Lenzerheide. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was generous and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel has very lovely and uncomplicated staff. The spa (naked zone) is really nice and has different saunas and also an infra red light room. The pool is okay, could be warmer

Beautiful historic hotel with a classy exterior, though the interior feels a bit dated and could use some updating. The swimming pool was great — warm and perfect for kids

Alas I injured myself on the first day of snowboarding, so I know the hotel and spa intimately! By the way, the staff at medical centre are excellent! I would recommend getting a good room with a view (we didn't!) The meals are great and waiters are lovely

Dinner is always soup, salad, choice of meat, fish or vegetarian pasta. It's possible to eat really nutritiously. the best in Wengen, according to my doctor! I'm obsessed with the (naked) sauna

Super convenient location next to train station and ski lift. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa area and there's also a restaurant and a full board option available. Very suitable for families with kids

Just the toilet was a bit weird, as it had no doors, only the one for the WC and the shower , but all was in glass. All in all, Lovely experience

Decent hotel and located close to tram station and tales about 10 mins to city centre from there. Hotel was clean and had amenities. Breakfast was so so and can be avoided if have other options.

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering

Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.

Since it’s a bit of a distance to the city it’s great to have free access to public transport. Room was really nice and clean. Really nice swimming pool and training facilities as well

Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet

The hotel is excellent: wonderful breakfast, good spa, cozy and stylish rooms. Nearby is the railway station, you can get to the ski lift in another part of the city. It's a 10-minute walk to Lake Davos. I recommend it.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - as receptionists as waiters in the restaurant. We arrived at 8:00 am, but there was no any problem to check in so early without additional payment

This is our second time here :) So lovely. With an outdoor and indoor thermal bath, sauna, and steam room – what more could we ask for? :) The room is clean, the breakfast is very generous with a wide selection

We were given rooms on the top floor which were small, with tiny windows looking out on the roof with no view which was a shame as other floors were obviously available. The bathroom has chipped tiles and cracked basin

Comfortable rooms and bed at the Hôtel de France despite damp stains in the bathroom. Big downside of not having been warned that the hotel swimming pools are closed (we don't know why)

The bar is permanently closed and there is no sitting area, and the pools although hot, the jets are no longer working. It is a shame as it has so much potential

The kids piss in the pool, dive off the structures and cause what used to be relaxing experience, too be a dangerous experience. The cleaning if the pool has deteriorated

The hotel also has its own spa area with a small steam room and sauna, as well as indoor and outdoor pools

There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking

The resort has a brand new feel overall. It's super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk, which makes getting to the Matterhorn really convenient. Plus, it's closer to the viewpoint than other hotels

However, I wouldn't stay here again, and here's why: 1) There's no hot water during peak shower times in the evening, so I had to wait until morning to shower, and I felt sticky and uncomfortable all night

2) The Matterhorn view was obstructed by two trees, and I don't think rooms with obstructed views should be sold at the same price as those with an unobstructed view

Has a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Switzerland. The location was very good and convenient, the views were beautiful, and the room was clean. The service was also okay overall

Excellent very cosy hotel in amazing Klosters. Spotless clean in rooms, pool , sauna. The rooms are generous , modern and with a large bathroom. Breakfast is of great quality with bio ingredients

Very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet- we had a room over the river and it was wonderful. Full spread breakfast that was always tasty. We didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful

Traditional building but modern interior. Room I had was spacious well furnished comfortable bed, TV, coffee making machine, digital safe, mini bar. Excellent buffet breakfast, very good service from all staff

Nice modern hotel. Quiet room. Good location. Practical work station on the ground floor.  A desk and a coffee machine in the room would have been better, unfortunately not available.

Towels were a little dirty. There were some dirty marks on it, probably didn't clean properly. Room was fine though slightly small. Lake view was nice

We loved our stay in Panorama suite , hotel is not in the central city but at 15 minutes walk at the lake path. Near by the amazing park with a fantastic terrace view. Zar for his kindness and hospitality

We stayed for business/conference at this hotel. Good rooms, friendly, helpful, attentive and professional staff. Good and various meeting rooms. Roof terrace as well as lake access.

Rooms are clean, showers are great. The food is excellent in comparison to any 3 star hotel in Europe 🇪🇺 the beer is nice. Good parking availability, even for coaches

Only if you have too! We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

Hotel Rosatsch is very good old hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds, clean all around, and excellent responsive staff.   While we didn't use it, the room thoughtfully had a day pack for hiking

Best surprise was they even provided a free hiking backpack! I used it and it was very good! Such a nice way to collaborate and promote a sporting brand. Breakfast was good with very nice seating area

What can be better is to have the hotel issue us the card instead of the need to self-collect at valley stations. We took quite some time to find these collection points. Overall a great choice for a stay in this area!

Front desk staffs were friendly and efficient. Spa facilities were great and the spa lady was especially warm and friendly. I would like to spend more time enjoying the spa next round

The room is quite spacious, and the two beds can be put together. There is also a kettle for hot water. The breakfast downstairs is also good

Great pool! Lovely town of Wengen. My husband and I stayed here for a romantic weekend in 2015. I walked past it on June 9 2017 and it still looks clean and quaint!

Very interesting retro game machine in the room. The location is right next to the gondola. Very convenient. their ski rental partner Molitor provides good service for hotel guests. Ski room is easily accessible.

A well located affordable but comfortable option

The Hotel Mon Repos is our “go to” location whenever staying in Geneva for events and meetings at the United Nations Palais des Nations, which is a lovely 12 minute walk… Mon Repos is directly across the street from Park Mon Repos which is located on the west shore of Lake Geneva… the Park is a showcase of trees and plants and flowering plants from around the world and contains many lovely trails and...

Great hotel well managed all around. Just far enough from downtown and facing park /lake to feel a world apart yet so well connected to everything by bus just in front.

This was a wise choice for us. Easy to navigate once you figured out local transit. The hotels distribute free local transport packages.

This was my favorite hotel of my 3 week trip. The room was large, the A/C was cold, the WiFi was strong and fast, the staff was very courteous, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a veritable feast

Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon

Convenient location from train station. Very comfortable room (we stayed in a Superior). Happy Hour at the bar was excellent value. Plenty of comfy sofas and chairs for relaxing

Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay

Little luxury hotel hidden away on the east end of Switzerland. Spectacular views all around. There is ski slope right beside the hotel for those who love to ski Service is good Multiple restaurants in the hotel

We had an excellent 4 day stay in this family run hotel. We were not here for the skiing but found the hotel a great place to relax or visit the surrounding area. The hotel has great friendly staff, willing and helpful

This is the 3rd year running I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good. I enjoyed making use of the Spa and Sauna too. The hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the station

The hotel has retained its charming elegance, while adding some good features. There are now more restaurants and bars, and all are good, nice food, atmospheric. The rooms now have high quality modern ensuite bathrooms

The breakfast variety is amazing and delicious. Due to our limited time there, we only visited a restaurant with great ambience and live music, which followed by a visit at the bar with a pool table

He explained to us the spa and shuttles services for the ski slopes, which are for free, he showed us the hotel, some restaurants, and a relaxation area which is used after skiing

However, when we arrived at the location it wasn't there to pick us up. When we returned to the hotel and asked about it, we were told it had not been booked after all
