Had an exceptional stay with my family though it was a very short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went so far as to make sure we had a great time for our short stay. We'll definitely book again..😊

Traditional building but modern interior. Room I had was spacious well furnished comfortable bed, TV, coffee making machine, digital safe, mini bar. Excellent buffet breakfast, very good service from all staff

Another important suggestion: The hotel doesn’t have a gym unfortunately, I believe they partner with a gym nearby called Gym and Tonic , which is a quite frankly a pitiful excuse of a gym with ridiculous prices

The hotel is located in Lugano, conveniently situated near the city center and upscale shopping districts. It's just a one-minute cable car ride from the train station, practically no walking required

I don't know what is the secret of this hotel, but it gets me each time: Welcoming and friendly staff. At the reception, in the kitchen. A smiling, digital and fast service when checkin/out

The lake is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Parking is available, but advance reservations are required. The breakfast is plentiful and the ingredients are very fresh

The bar is charming, offering a wide selection of delicious cocktails. The service is excellent, and the hotel staff are courteous and polite

Excellent very cosy hotel in amazing Klosters. Spotless clean in rooms, pool , sauna. The rooms are generous , modern and with a large bathroom. Breakfast is of great quality with bio ingredients

Very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet- we had a room over the river and it was wonderful. Full spread breakfast that was always tasty. We didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful

Only problem was climate control -- much too hot for comfortable sleep. That said would stay again with positives location, staff and food -- excellent breakfast. Good exercise facilities -- pool was nice

We traveled with a friend and we were all given an upgrade on arrival to a large studio apartment with fantastic village and mountain views. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom large and with a bath

From arrival to departure staff couldnt be more kind, assistive and pleasant. They were always present and going above and beyond to assist. Room was also amazingly beautiful, historic but clean and beautiful

All the food and beverage at the hotel is up to standard and both tasty and with best ingredients. Breakfast is very good and for European standards exceeding many hotels in terms of quality and varieties

So happy i gave one more chance to Geneva and explore this hotel. It changed my perspective that there is still hope to experience luxury at Geneva hotels and finally a place that lives up to its promise

Simply the best place to stay in the city

Nice modern hotel. Quiet room. Good location. Practical work station on the ground floor.  A desk and a coffee machine in the room would have been better, unfortunately not available.

Amazing spa ( jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, swimming pool) and massages ( I had a full body massage which was just perfect). Service is top quality and very international ( they all speak at least 3 languages)

The spa and pool were fantastic! Breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre

Perfect stay! Staff are polite and helpful. The complimentary afternoon cakes are added bonuses.They offer free transfer from train station to hotel and save the hussles to move the luggages on the road!

We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time

Hotel Rosatsch is very good old hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds, clean all around, and excellent responsive staff.   While we didn't use it, the room thoughtfully had a day pack for hiking

Best surprise was they even provided a free hiking backpack! I used it and it was very good! Such a nice way to collaborate and promote a sporting brand. Breakfast was good with very nice seating area

What can be better is to have the hotel issue us the card instead of the need to self-collect at valley stations. We took quite some time to find these collection points. Overall a great choice for a stay in this area!

Front desk staffs were friendly and efficient. Spa facilities were great and the spa lady was especially warm and friendly. I would like to spend more time enjoying the spa next round

The room is quite spacious, and the two beds can be put together. There is also a kettle for hot water. The breakfast downstairs is also good

It is located in the center of Davos, convenient for going out, and the price-performance ratio is very good! Worth recommending!

The hotel is well-equipped and clean. The location is also convenient for transportation. Free transportation card is provided.

I was mostly out and about so did not use the wider facilities, including pool. The bedroom was large and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful

The staff is unbelievable, top to bottom. Everyone is incredibly good. You actually feel like they are happy you there. Pool is huge. And it's like 100 second walk to the first lift.

I highly recommend this hotel. The spa area, the pool, and the saunas are a special treat after a long day of skiing. It is the perfect way to relax and recover

This was my favorite hotel of my 3 week trip. The room was large, the A/C was cold, the WiFi was strong and fast, the staff was very courteous, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a veritable feast

Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon

Convenient location from train station. Very comfortable room (we stayed in a Superior). Happy Hour at the bar was excellent value. Plenty of comfy sofas and chairs for relaxing

Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay

I stayed here whilst in Zug on business. Check-in was easy and the lady who checked me in was very polite, friendly and cheery. The room I was given was very nice. It was a good size and very clean

One thing that stuck with me was my initial surprise when I entered the room, and it looked exactly like in the promotional pictures, which I assumed were highly edited because of the exceptional way the light played with colors and textures

Room was spacious with many facilities to make some walking in the mountains. Food was incredible, the Italian chef is gorgeous Service was nice, polite and very useful about any questions We will come back soon :)

Really nice Hotel for winter vacations

The staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was great and all products were of good quality. We loved the pool, saunas and well equipped gym. The view from the hotel room was outstanding

Note that the hotel’s facade is under renovation however the location can’t be more perfect right across from Luzern bahnhof with eateries and supermarkets inside the station

Rooms are dated but clean and it’s large for Swiss standards. Did not have breakfast as I booked the suite with kitchen. In short it’s a good choice for a night’s stay easy in and out of Lucerne

Just over 100 meters from Lucerne train station, it's incredibly convenient. I've stayed at this hotel many times. The food is great, and it's right next to Chapel Bridge

He spoke a bit slower, probably to make sure we understood everything, and he was patient and smiling throughout our entire interaction. His attitude was excellent! He even greeted us proactively whenever we saw him

The hotel itself is decent; the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice. However, the facilities are a bit old; the floor in our room creaked when we walked on it

Little luxury hotel hidden away on the east end of Switzerland. Spectacular views all around. There is ski slope right beside the hotel for those who love to ski Service is good Multiple restaurants in the hotel

Breakfast, tea time & fiber was provided. The interior of the room itself is beautiful & comfortable. Need more nights there to just relax & chill. The spa area is beautiful & the massage treatment was top notch

We have not been to the hotel for many years and the first time, since it is rebuild to a 5 star hotel. It was very nice also before, but now it is just perfect

We booked a couples’ massage, and without doubt it was the best hotel massage we have ever had - our previous benchmark was the Four Seasons Resort in Bali

Leisure facilties are good nice to have a swim after our long days walking looking at the beautiful scenery. The staff were great friendly and helpful

Great food, service, scenery fantastic and great pool/sauna. Only there for three days and wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an excellent 4 day stay in this family run hotel. We were not here for the skiing but found the hotel a great place to relax or visit the surrounding area. The hotel has great friendly staff, willing and helpful

This is the 3rd year running I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good. I enjoyed making use of the Spa and Sauna too. The hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the station

This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working

They hotel restaurants were closed during the dates when we visited. We did appreciate the passes to use for buses and lifts around town.

The hotel has retained its charming elegance, while adding some good features. There are now more restaurants and bars, and all are good, nice food, atmospheric. The rooms now have high quality modern ensuite bathrooms

The breakfast variety is amazing and delicious. Due to our limited time there, we only visited a restaurant with great ambience and live music, which followed by a visit at the bar with a pool table

He explained to us the spa and shuttles services for the ski slopes, which are for free, he showed us the hotel, some restaurants, and a relaxation area which is used after skiing

However, when we arrived at the location it wasn't there to pick us up. When we returned to the hotel and asked about it, we were told it had not been booked after all

Some of the towels were frayed and made of poor quality, old terry cloth. The TV screens in both rooms were too small for the distance they were placed from the bed. The wooden furniture was quite old and worn

Moriz Station, so walking with a suitcase can be a challenge, but there is a bus, which you can ride for free with your Swiss Travel Pass

As soon as you enter the hotel, you will feel happy. Classic and stylish, facing the scenery of Lake Leman, with Chillon Castle on the left! The hotel service is also very considerate
