Very helpful staff, appreciate your kindness towards us when my daughter was ill and needed advice on where to seek medical care. Conveniently located next to train station and short walk to the quay

European hotels, for the same size and star rating, generally have more design flair, better natural light, and a brighter, sturdier feel compared to Japanese hotels

The room was a bit small for 2 people, but they did accommodate us a couple of hours prior to checking. Would recommend this hotel anytime for a business visit or vacation

Perfect for couples, direct to the Lake view, walking distance tothe Restaurants, around the Lake area. Very easy access by Car or by Bus.

We were in a 2nd floor room with small balcony. 2 patio chairs and great views. We ate at the hotel's restaurant on the lake which was fine dining

The selection of food for the children has shrunk too. And you pay CHF 5 for a bottle of tap water on top of the half-board that you are paying. The wine list has shrunk to the bare minimum

Unfortunately or fortunately it was heavily snowing while we were there and one of the hotel buses that should take us to the lifts did not both work because it was simply not strong enough to get up the hill, in a ski hotel

good quality toilet paper, may be some Swiss chocolate as “betthupferl”, some decorations for Valentines day, little gifts for the kids, a little “news” paper on the table with the latest weather and activities outlined

Little gestures that do not cost much but are oh so much appreciated. Food variety and quality, a working hotel bus and the quality of the beds are obviously your largest concern to be addressed

Dear new managers, please recognise the huge effort those who are working for you make and listen to them and their recommendations. Maybe even talk to the old management how they did it

This is followed by a tiny cup of soup and a main course where the choice is between meet or vegetarian and one sweet desert or a meagre cheese plate (which is the same each night)

Rooms were beautiful, staff was beyond responsive to every need. They meet you at the train station and transfer to the hotel. Breakfast is served in the most beautiful room with a glass ceiling and incredible views

Really nice hotel. Our rooms looked like they were from the sixties, but they were clean and warm. However, this hotel shines regarding the food, service and pool. Also it's right next to the ski-lift.

My family and I stayed here in December 2021. The location is second to none as we were on the gondola in minutes and also minutes from town. The food was very good and all the staff were helpful and friendly

The location was very good, near the chapel bridge and close to a number of restaurants, including in the hotel itself and not too far from the train station. The rooms were a decent size and had a definite retro feel

There was no air conditioning, but were provided with a fan. The bed was an old spring style one with a lean on it and I didn't really get a good night's sleep both nights I was there

Very good. The room is big and there is a balcony. It's very warm. The balcony is semi-open and a little cold, but the view is great.

It offers a good choice of set menus at lunchtime and a small but superb list of dishes in the evening. So if you work, are visiting or live in Zug, definitely try it out (weekdays only)

The rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept, cleaned daily with nice shampoos and teas - we loved the mix between old authentic Swiss style and modern. The breakfast was great, fresh and lots of variety

Hotel Ochsen has 2 first-class restaurants. Whilst Au Premier is the best option for special occasions, the less prestigious Bar du Boeuf is highly recommendable for going out regularly

Spa facilities were also fantastic and you can reserve for free so you have a private time allocated. Overall this hotel was perfect, I will be recommending to friends and family too

As with the previous 2 hotels, the breakfast was yummaliscious. Zug is a great place to visit from the UK, i. it's an easy train ride from Zurich. A return is definitely guaranteed

Would advise to book the restaurant early as we missed out on our first choice although that was partly down to difficulties in communication (we don't speak German and the person didn't speak good English or French) and somewhat inattentiveness of the front desk person who knew we were deciding but chose to book a table for an outside guest right in front of us

Davos is a quiet and beautiful town. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast selection is extensive and the food is quite good.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and décor of this stay, and the wonderful memories of this trip will stay with me forever. Highly recommended for future travelers!

We spent our Christmas holidays in this Palace, luxury room with a view, service extremely efficient, ski shuttle and driver, the Italian restaurant was divine! The Spa Cellcosmet was a new discovery! The massages very relaxing and the swimming pool a dream We hope to come back with the rest of our family in February

It’s a perfect place in St.Moritz everything is on point the staff is very helpful and polite. The have several areas where you can stay in the evening and listen to piano. Highly recommend!

The View across the Rhone valley is spectacular and on a good day you can see the Matterhorn- I think every room has a view. The sauna steam room and cold plunge pool are all very clean and function perfectly

They even tell you what to wear according to weather which shows caring of home and kindess. If I ever come to this beautiful place again I would definitely book this hotel. They offer free parking on site too

I recently stayed at the Parkhotel Principe and was very satisfied. The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming and everything was perfect

They also proactively reminded me about the temperature difference and how to operate some room facilities (such as the air conditioner). The air conditioner is operated via the TV, which is indeed a bit inconvenient

The front desk staff were very welcoming! I asked many questions, such as where to see the black-faced sheep, how to get to some attractions, and shuttle bus schedules, and the staff answered them all patiently

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced

Excellent Quality SLH hotel in Verbier. Nice room and breakfast. Excellent Spa and Pool although the pool water could have been warmer. 10 Minutes walk uphill from the centre of the resort but in a pleasant area.

The food and service in the restaurant was incredible, with a mouth watering wine list and relaxed atmosphere, we cannot wait to go back. My daughter especially loved the fresh sushi bar which also offers room service
