Our family this location. Bar/lounge area is cute, quaint and cozy. Staff was fantastic. Rooms are large with fireplaces. Front desk, concierge and bell service were all impeccable. Overall we had a lovely stay.

The concierge and room service were seamless and efficient, and even small requests like adaptors were handled immediately. The room was very comfortable, though we did find it slightly warm at times

It was our first time in the Tschuggen Hotel. This was by far our best ski hotel we ever visited. Breakfast was top, Restaurant " La Brezza" was outstanding, but also the the Grand Restaurant was a very good experience

We are staying at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel and it is absolutely first class. The staff are exceptional in every single part of the hotel and the extra surprise touches make this a really special place

A unique location with an amazing SPA and a beautiful sauna. The staff is inceedibly friendly and accomodating. The view from the room was incomparable and the different restaurants leave no wish unfulfilled.

We made great use of the kids’ club, which is excellently organized and prepared. As always, the service was extremely friendly and professional. The sauna Aufguss sessions were outstanding

I know there's not much parking at the hotel but we got by transport to the hotel, which was great. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay pleasant, relaxing and amazing

This hotel had the best check in staff who brought warmth and joy when we talked to him. Breakfast staffs were horrible tho. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect!

You can say that the rooms are a bit dated and there's some issues with the shower and one of the sinks but those things were fixed in a few minutes from a call to the desk

Perfect location. Less than 100m to the Montreux Christmas market to watch the flying Santa Clau. Room is spacious.

Right by Lake Geneva. Luckily, I got upgraded to a lake-view room, and the scenery was absolutely stunning.

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future

Without a doubt, my favourite hotel in the world. Service is absolutely flawless from maids to management. Facilities for a ski resort are incredible. In the heart of the town and walking distance to all amenities

Prime location with less than 5mins walk from Zermatt train station. Though it is a boutique hotel but the room designs and facilities are luxury. The room is spacious and clean

The stay would be ideal if the room included a fan, as it can feel a bit stuffy while sleeping during the summer. The location is convenient, and the kids' club, spa, and pool offer plenty of fun for the children.

We have the room facing the back of the hotel and it is quiet during the stay. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was great but not the best

Perfect for our 3 night stay. Staff helpful when needed. Bedroom was in perfect conditions. Breakfast quite complete, Ibis standard. Finally a word to Basel city: Marvelous. Visit it, it's totally worth it.

Good place almost central of basel

Its 15 minuten walk to the trainstation. so thats nice but Indië not sleep well the noise from outside was awful the train and tram. And the room is really really budget. price is wayyyyy to high for that room

The room is small, cause it’s budget inn. Otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Suits for solo travelers, or 2 people groups. And nice to stay in here. Location is near to Basel Bahnhoff by bus.

The rooms are comfortable but no coffee or tea making facilities. There's not much to do immediately around the hotel but with tram access, you are only minutes from being in the heart of Basel

We stayed for a week while visiting relatives. The hotel was close to the central station, very clean, staff was super friendly. Only negative point was shower slightly leaking into the room

There was a car a driver at our disposal for the entire duration of our stay of 2 days Free of Charge ! Very thankful to the staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious and so was the sauna and pool

Good hotel but a bit old and need some renovation. Location is good. And they have wellness center with Spa and swimming pool

The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it

The bathroom is very clean, there is a bathtub for soaking, and there is also a public swimming pool and spa. It's a pity that I didn't check-in earlier. I must come earlier next time to enjoy it

The hotel is located in the center of Saskatchewan, and the view from the balcony in the early morning is pleasant, especially the golden sunrise on the mountains

Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room

We recently stayed at The Grand Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a good variety of tasty options

The hotel's biggest draw is its two indoor and outdoor pools! Right in front of the hotel are a bus stop, the Monte Bray cable car station, and two large supermarkets

The tax was only issued after I left, and the city tax amount differed from what was shown on the Ctrip order; it was higher.

The location is a bit of a distance from the old town but everything about this hotel is superb.

The biggest issue was the shower — the water pressure was extremely weak, to the point where showering felt like a chore rather than something refreshing after a long day. Soundproofing was also very poor

The minibar was free! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food in the lobby was excellent, with generous portions! The outdoor pool and ping-pong table were perfect for the kids

Good breakfast with smoked salmon, scrambled egg, sausages and various type of cheeses. Breakfast on weekend could be very crowded but food was replenished fast. Nice pool and gym for some exercise

Buy tickets at the hotel as they are cheaper. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Belvedere Hotel

We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

As to any complaints about a certain large group making a lot of noise and generally being rude, it would do any potential visitor of Hapimag well to remember that this is no fault of Hapimag’s, bug only that of these certain visitors :) They also do not come every year, but only about once every four years

Great place ! Well-organised, extremely hospitable, very comfortable, well-positioned in according to the ski slopes …. I would recommend this as a place to stay for everyone, for large groups as well as for little ones

The interior is decorated in Art Deco style. It’s about 30-40 minutes walk to the center of Lugano We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. In the evenings, you can enjoy a drink and listen to live music

This Italian-style hotel really feels Italian. The people here don't seem like Swiss; it feels more like being in Italy. I feel like there used to be a lot of Italians here.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights in Lugano. The hotel is in a good location. It is a five-minute walk to the lake. 2, which can go to Lugano Railway Station

Alas I injured myself on the first day of snowboarding, so I know the hotel and spa intimately! By the way, the staff at medical centre are excellent! I would recommend getting a good room with a view (we didn't!) The meals are great and waiters are lovely

Dinner is always soup, salad, choice of meat, fish or vegetarian pasta. It's possible to eat really nutritiously. the best in Wengen, according to my doctor! I'm obsessed with the (naked) sauna

We were given rooms on the top floor which were small, with tiny windows looking out on the roof with no view which was a shame as other floors were obviously available. The bathroom has chipped tiles and cracked basin

The bar is permanently closed and there is no sitting area, and the pools although hot, the jets are no longer working. It is a shame as it has so much potential

The kids piss in the pool, dive off the structures and cause what used to be relaxing experience, too be a dangerous experience. The cleaning if the pool has deteriorated
