We had a great time with our 3 year old. Very family-friendly including a playground and sand box outside, pool, kids play room, and kiddie breakfast buffet. The free breakfast had a huge variety, and good coffee too

The hotel is nice but a little bit old. The carpet is in an awful state. Except from that the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is excellent with quality products

We had a great time here, location is amazing (~5 minute walk to Locarno train station and to Piazza Grande). The pool was nice, not crowded at all and very relaxing.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful, and we were provided with free bus passes for our journey! Lots of restaurant options nearby

There was no one at the reception desk, but they responded by pressing a button and even helped me operate the check-in machine. She was very kind, humorous, and fun, and she also helped me a lot when I checked out

I arrived quite early, so I asked if I could leave my luggage there, but they allowed me to check in

It's less than 10 minutes from the station, and there's an elevator along the way, so you don't have to worry about slopes or stairs. There are also restaurants and shops nearby

I wish the curtains were a little wider, but as long as I was careful, water didn't splash all the way into the toilet. The hair dryer had great airflow

Very close to the center of town at a reasonable price. Room was clean and had good provisions. But only one espresso and one cappuccino cup not good if you have 2 people. Cappuccino machine and fridge were great

Unfortunately or fortunately it was heavily snowing while we were there and one of the hotel buses that should take us to the lifts did not both work because it was simply not strong enough to get up the hill, in a ski hotel

Dear new managers, please recognise the huge effort those who are working for you make and listen to them and their recommendations. Maybe even talk to the old management how they did it

Rooms were beautiful, staff was beyond responsive to every need. They meet you at the train station and transfer to the hotel. Breakfast is served in the most beautiful room with a glass ceiling and incredible views

Davos is a quiet and beautiful town. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast selection is extensive and the food is quite good.

Breakfast was okay, although it seemed somewhat uninspired in its presentation. Unfortunately, dinner, which is served until 9:30 p. I had pasta that was neither tasty nor served hot

The cost performance is not good

The night time receptionist today was truly an angel. He deserves the biggest raise in history. Funny, witty, comprehensive and kind. He truly made me feel welcome. 5 stars on service just because of him.

It’s a perfect place in St.Moritz everything is on point the staff is very helpful and polite. The have several areas where you can stay in the evening and listen to piano. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is fairly close to the station, just a short walk away. The facilities are a bit old and have a slight odor. The sink drainage seems weak and prone to clogging. The restaurant staff are very friendly.

We recently stayed at The Grand Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a good variety of tasty options

The hotel's biggest draw is its two indoor and outdoor pools! Right in front of the hotel are a bus stop, the Monte Bray cable car station, and two large supermarkets

The tax was only issued after I left, and the city tax amount differed from what was shown on the Ctrip order; it was higher.

The location is a bit of a distance from the old town but everything about this hotel is superb.

The biggest issue was the shower — the water pressure was extremely weak, to the point where showering felt like a chore rather than something refreshing after a long day. Soundproofing was also very poor

We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

As to any complaints about a certain large group making a lot of noise and generally being rude, it would do any potential visitor of Hapimag well to remember that this is no fault of Hapimag’s, bug only that of these certain visitors :) They also do not come every year, but only about once every four years
