Had two night in the 2nd building and had a partial view of the Matterhorn from the room and balcony. This corner room was nicely spacious and light and we loved having the cool air coming in at night

An amazing experience at a fantastic hotel! The staff were all incredible, especially coping with a medical emergency i had upon arrival! Swift action, straight to medical centre and problem resolved! I fyou need assistance the staff are there to help. Near tram stations that connects you to the main proper and the main train station. For budget travelers, there are restaurants and groceries nearby

The location is pretty and quiet 13-19min away the airport Less than 15min to city and it’s easy to get around Rooms are not small and pretty tidy and clean Check in was smooth and staff are very nice and helpful ! Around the hotel there’s shop, cinema and nice cafe can stopped by!

The hotel's historical past, which included hosting post-World War I peace negotiations during the founding of the Republic of Turkey and where the Turkish delegation spent months there, is unfortunately largely unknown to the current staff

While we wanted to experience the hotel's historic spirit, unfortunately, customer service representative Lea's rude attitude and her treatment of our questions as if we were criminals overshadowed the entire experience

Instead of answering every question, I was forced to explain the historical details. It's truly sad that a hotel with such a storied past is represented by such an uninformed staff

There's a small museum section in the lobby, but even the most important frame related to the Treaty of Lausanne is poorly positioned in a display case, displayed at an angle

We went for a day spa experience and cocktails and lunch afterwards in the living room. Really nice experience- the spa was great with many different saunas and pools (even outdoor which is cool wintertime)

Coming from the states it takes alot to get to Verbier. Coming from Zurich you can take the train or car but from Geneva you have to drive. But the Whatever, whenever is on full display upon arrival

This hotel is incredible, the rooms are stunning, staff takes care of every need. The view from our room was gorgeous. We ate dinner in the bar area, food was good, drinks were awesome. Breakfast had so many choices

The Chedi Andermatt is an incredibly sophisticated place. We didn’t stay overnight but went for tea time and it was simply magnificent

I chose this airport hotel because I had a flight the next day. They have a shuttle bus that gets you to the airport in 5 minutes

All the shuttle buses for the various airport hotels seem to stop randomly, so you really have to search, especially if it's your first time staying at this hotel, as the bus names aren't always easy to recognize

If you want to iron you have to go the playground there , they have many irons and table to use it. No safety there especially in the kids area. Not suitable place to have iron there!! But it is clean

The breakfast here is very rich and delicious! The hotel has a spa swimming pool, with dry and wet steam, and a gym and beauty area with everything you need. I will book here again next time
