Stayed 4 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. The hotel staff were excellent. Famous, very modern building, 3 minutes from the center of Davos in the mountains. The restaurant has great food and views

It also has parking inside the hotel if you manage to reserve it in advance (spaces are limited). I definitely recommend this hotel, which is by far the best in the area and one of the most beautiful in Switzerland

I have stayed in this hotel at least 7 or 8 times. I go skiing in the same hotel every year, so I know a lot of the staff. The hotel facilities and facilities are great

The hotel service fee is very good. The room is sad. There are many parking spaces. The breakfast is very rich. The view is okay. It is worth coming here. The hotel price is relatively expensive.

Excellent location , clean room, good service

Excellent location The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, walking distance to everywhere. It is also a seven minute walk to the train station which eliminates the need for taxi Uber, etc

The staff is very nice and the all thing was a good experience. The bathroom floor should be cleaner. Also people are hanging around late close to the Starbuck even when it is closed. They speak loudly and play music/

The front desk was extremely nice and accomodating! The fresh fruit and chocolates in the room were perfect. Located right near a bus stop. In walking distance to sights, the UN building, and bus/train routes

I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back

There were three new service staff members when checking in at night. I was very happy to upgrade my room. Compared with other Mandarin Oriental hotels, this hotel is a bit inferior

Excellent breakfast and courtesy of the staff. Very basic room without a bidet but very clean and comfortable bed. Location not central but well connected by tram or bus to the city center or airport.

Value for price, you can not beat it. Location is amazing: in front of the bus that goes directly to the airport (22min) and 2 min walk from the tram that goes to downtown(14min)!

The hotel is perfectly located and can be reached directly by tram from the airport. The rooms are clean and all the staff are friendly, especially the receptionist Solange, who always welcomes you with a smile.

The rooms are spacious, modern, quiet, and very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good as well

The hotel provides a free transportation pass, making travel costs very manageable, and the journey times are comparable to those of taxis. It also eliminates the hassle of submitting expense claims

If I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the bar area located next to the reception. Currently, it lacks a certain comfort and warmth that would make it more inviting

They showed me places to visit on the map and gave a nice overview of the city. The hotel itself was comfortable overall. The breakfast was okay in my opinion—worth adding to the room if desired

They provided a printed Basel Card at check-in, which allowed me to use public transportation for free during my stay. The staff, especially at check-in, were very attentive and helpful

The hotel is not far from the city center, which makes it quite convenient. It is also very easy to reach from Basel SBB Central Station by public transport

Bus number 30 runs almost directly in front of the hotel—you can simply cross the street from the station and catch the bus from the corner

We experienced a slightly uncomfortable night due to a malfunctioning air cooler, but the staff promptly provided us with fans to alleviate the situation. Overall, it was a brilliant location, and I would stay again

I fyou need assistance the staff are there to help. Near tram stations that connects you to the main proper and the main train station. For budget travelers, there are restaurants and groceries nearby

The location is pretty and quiet 13-19min away the airport Less than 15min to city and it’s easy to get around Rooms are not small and pretty tidy and clean Check in was smooth and staff are very nice and helpful ! Around the hotel there’s shop, cinema and nice cafe can stopped by!

Really enjoyed my stay and amenities were great and clean. Only problem I had was I didn’t sleep as well due to the room being very overly hot and could not lower tempted or open the window

Spacious rooms, recently refreshed and refurbished, spotless clean. Nice and well equipped wellness area. I recommend trying a very special desert : the sphere. And also the body peeling "chocolate flavoured" !

We have been many times to this great hotel. Lovely staff, amazing food, great location. The only criticism I have is that the pool is cold and does not allow for a nice relaxation after a hike or day of skiing

European hotels, for the same size and star rating, generally have more design flair, better natural light, and a brighter, sturdier feel compared to Japanese hotels

The room was a bit small for 2 people, but they did accommodate us a couple of hours prior to checking. Would recommend this hotel anytime for a business visit or vacation

While we wanted to experience the hotel's historic spirit, unfortunately, customer service representative Lea's rude attitude and her treatment of our questions as if we were criminals overshadowed the entire experience

Instead of answering every question, I was forced to explain the historical details. It's truly sad that a hotel with such a storied past is represented by such an uninformed staff

There's a small museum section in the lobby, but even the most important frame related to the Treaty of Lausanne is poorly positioned in a display case, displayed at an angle

The hotel stays right on the shore of the lake. In good spring weather the flowers of the garden offer a magnificent view against the blue water. You also have a gorgeous sight from the large indoor swimming pool.

Comfortable hotel and do choose a room with balcony overlooking the lake. The pool is amazing! ( ask for robes and slippers) About 15 minutes on foot from Montreux centre and a longer walk to Chillon

Staff is very friendly, swimming pool is HUGE and almost no people there. Also provide services of aqua aerobics on specific days

Location is also great: close to the bus station in case of rain, overall around 20 mins walk to the Chillon Castle and Hauptbahnhof/Christmas market/Centre ville. Also 10 mins walk to the Glion funi

The view from the room balcony is fantastic! And it is in EVERY room of the hotel! Room is quite spacious, equipped with mini-bar and touiletteries as well

Over they stay I only had 1 issue: non-working safe locker, since the battery was discharged, but that was quickly solved by the staff👍

There was a car a driver at our disposal for the entire duration of our stay of 2 days Free of Charge ! Very thankful to the staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious and so was the sauna and pool

The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it

Bathroom was pretty big as well, with a nice bathtube for the kids. Kids loved the large pool and jacuzzi. The spa area had a wet sauna and gym too

Also if you are traveling with kids, they have a bunch of board games at the lobby, and there was a playground in a park right next to the hotel. Easy access to the promenade where you could take a walk around the lake

Bus stop right in front of it, plenty of buses to take you around the city. Also withing walking distance, a migros. Overall, cant complain, really liked this hotel and would stay here again

Great hotel and spa, located right on the lake side. Despite being an older hotel, I liked the architecture and overall decor, which didnt felt dated to me, everything was well kept

They upgraded my family to a junior suite with a huge balcony overlooking the lake, that was pretty cool. Suite also had a large bed and big sofa bed, nespresso machine, minifridge

It’s right next to the Lake and though we did not get a lake-view room this time, the promenade walk was just next to the Lake and it was beautiful. The hotel is big and the staff were quite helpful and courteous

There is even nearby tram station and easy taxi location, a little 15-20 min walk to the city centre. Small rooms but overall staff service is nice

A pleasant aftertaste

The room was excellent, especially with the sofa bed – a lifesaver when traveling with kids, making bedtime a breeze. Plus, there's a play area for children

A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap

You can get a discount on the bus ticket you get with the hotel's provided bus card! The room and facilities were all good

Not far from the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, there's also a cable car to the top of the mountain

Housekeeping a little tardy. Didn't bother to tidy up. Just came in to change towels and linens bit left the cups unwashed. Quite a contrast to another Courtyard I had visited in Hannover.

Land is incredibly expensive in Zurich, so the price and location are quite reasonable. Trains and trams are just a few hundred meters away, and the Co-op is across the street. I saw many crews staying at this hotel

I chose this airport hotel because I had a flight the next day. They have a shuttle bus that gets you to the airport in 5 minutes

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Just outside the airport, about 20min walk. We didn’t walk, we took the airport shuttle, the driver is very nice.

All the shuttle buses for the various airport hotels seem to stop randomly, so you really have to search, especially if it's your first time staying at this hotel, as the bus names aren't always easy to recognize

The pool was very warm (I usually find hotel pools way too cold for my liking) and the hot tub and sauna were lovely, and empty in the evening - open late (10pm I believe)

The neighborhood is a little intimidating on arrival, but everything went very well. The spa is great, the breakfast is also great, the staff is excellent, and the price is very reasonable.
