We had a wonderful 8 nights at Ermitage hotel. We arrived early, but they let us in the spa area to relax and then we had lunch and were let in our room at 3

The breakfast is fresh and a large choice, the dinner menu is great and the cake buffet in the afternoon is the best all home made and lots of vegan choices! The dine room set up is very charming a lot of small rooms with different themes and you sit on the same tale with the same waiter which is very comfortable

There is a bit of noise in the morning, the train woke me up, but no noise of other guests or doors

Our room was nice, I requested a tea cattle and it was given right away together with two nice cups and spoons. The cleaning service was impeccable

The hotel is in an old building next to the train station. It is well decorated and worthy of its five-star rating. The bed is large and comfortable, and there is a balcony. It is a great hotel for family trips!

Amazing experience in la reserve Geneva! We stayed as a family of 5, with 3 kids! Room was ready for us early and we could stay longer, they also provide courtesy rooms for those who travel late! Easter brunch and egg hunt was top level with magician, music, unlimited chocolates, and even live animals and ponies rides! Pool is open for kids! Huge variety of activities for whole family and best team! Will definitely back next month!

There were many sitting areas throughout the resort which also worked very well for us because of the weather. The indoor outdoor pool with jacuzzi area was great

Exceptional stay with my family. The hotel located in the heart of town , near to all the transportation , it's very convenient for us to travel around Switzerland, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms

The hotel is great, just opposite the Zurich train station. This time I traveled with my mother and daughter. According to the reservation, they took the initiative to add a bed for my 11-year-old daughter

Fruits were free, and there were free chocolates. But I didn't notice that the canned chocolate beans in the minibar were not free, so I ate them anyway. The service is very good and considerate

It's just opposite the train station, and there's an underground exit that leads directly to the hotel entrance, making it very suitable for a transfer on the day you first arrive

In addition, there was the traditional, beautiful building as well as the superb room, the size, class and technical infrastructure of which fulfilled all wishes

The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play

We went there to enjoy the aquapark, and it seems they had just reopened after renovations. Everything smelled new, and you could tell the staff were still a bit lost but trying hard to provide good service

Location is a little far off from the main shopping street and train station but you can get them to pick you up from the train station upon arrival

The food choice is excellent, the hotel has four or five restaurants itself with a range of different food so there will be something for everyone. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

The hotel has a nice exterior view, but its location is remote. The room facilities are basic, the towels are old, and the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. At over 2000 RMB per night, it's very poor value for money!

The in house restaurant had a wide range of of selections in their menu, we will excited to find Asian food in the menu and surprised to find the authenticity in this Asian cuisine

We loved our stay at the Bunda, the staff was very friendly, our room was always clean. The food in the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced compared to other places in town

Hotel Bünda is a warm, family-run mountain hotel perfectly positioned in Davos Dorf, just a few minutes’ walk from the Parsenn cable car and cross-country trails

They even had gluten free buns that I could have at breakfast

The breakfast was a continental type, although bacon and scrambled eggs was on offer. There was a fresh orange juicer as well. The evening meal was a set three course meal, with a two choices of starter, main and pudding

There are tea and a coffee machine, but bizarrely tea bags are supplied daily, but not coffee pods. We stayed on a half board basis and the food was very good and plentiful

The hotel is by Lake Lugano, offering a nice view. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, so we paid extra at the front desk to upgrade to a lake-view room, which we felt was definitely worth it

The hotel is conveniently located close to Milan. The next day, we stored our luggage at the front desk and made another trip to Milan

So unexpected reply for them to insist the charges where we didn’t used. Otherwise, service from the staffs were good and warm

This was my third time at the Kulm. My family (The Murtagh family) now considers it our second home We love the staff (Paulo, breakfast staff, bar man, drivers).

The new wellness area with heated indoor and outdoor pools is particularly impressive – an absolute paradise after a day in the mountains. The view of the Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen Valley is unbeatable

Every single person working at this hotel was engaged, friendly, helpful, good humored, and seemed to enjoy working there, from the shuttle driver, to the front desk, staff, to the folks working at the spa, to the bartenders and servers in the restaurant

Conclusion: If you're looking for a luxurious but not stuffy hotel in the Swiss Alps, this is the perfect place. Tip: If possible, book a room with a balcony and valley view – the view is worth every penny

The ambiance is warm and very tasteful (lots of wood and natural stone). The team is young, international, and extremely welcoming, even though English is more often spoken than German in the service

The newly renovated Grand Hotel Belvedere is a true highlight in Wengen. In my opinion, the combination of historical charm and modern, 'casual luxury' is exceptionally well executed

But once you get there, the location is beautiful. The hotel does offer a shuttle/e-car/bus transport. It's quiet, overlooks the town, views of the mountains, perfect secluded space

There is a speakeasy style in the back that offers a wide range of cigars. We tried the gym and it is gigantic. The kids enjoyed the pool in the meantime

We had a big corner room, with gleaming white linen combined with a deep wood closet, desk, door and a modern, airy feel. It also had a gorgeous bathroom with marble swimming all over, and swank amenities

However, the price of a twin room for 2 nights is over 5,500 RMB, and breakfast is 270 RMB for adults and 180 RMB for children, which is chilling! To swim and exercise, you have to go through a long corridor, up and down the stairs, and repeatedly to get there

The hotel is located just outside the old town ring, and is just a 350 meter walk to the Abbey. They also included a local St. Gallen discount card with our stay, giving free public transport, museum discounts, etc

The breakfast hall adjacent to the main Hotel was huge in size, plentiful & also has a great café / restaurant during the day in the same area. The rooms were decent in size, comfortable, well appointed and very quiet

This is a clean and neat business hotel adjoining the Trafo conference hall. It is located close to the train station on the opposite side to the main town. Rooms are small but well equipped

Although Riffelalp 2222 Resort has advantages such as some rooms with Matterhorn views and comfortable outdoor pools, many defects such as inconvenient transportation, small rooms, poor service, catering problems and unreasonable charges have seriously affected the accommodation experience and are difficult to match its high-end positioning

Evening meal very reasonably priced and food great quality. Menu changed everyday and the team accommodated preferences. Rooms clean and comfortable with lovely balcony with stunning mountain views

The hotel is in its 3rd generation. We paid for half board, which was excellent. The restaurant food was spectacular for dinner, while breakfast was typical Swiss fair with breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurt and cereal
