Breakfast was really great and had a larger variety of cooked items than usual, including potatoes, grilled vegetables and even chicken nuggets. The hotel was quiet, although it's quite popular with young families

A nice touch is the Basel Card, which gives unlimited travel on the local transport network (all of Canton Basel-Stadt). Location is OK; about 10 mins walk from the station and fairly near a tram stop

There weren’t toothpaste in the room so I left a note asking for it and the staff left a post it note with dental amenities in our bathroom after we left

The breakfast here is very rich and delicious! The hotel has a spa swimming pool, with dry and wet steam, and a gym and beauty area with everything you need. I will book here again next time

The room is unimaginably large, and it is a luxury hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lunogazha Lake and mountains from the huge balcony

The breakfast on the second day was varied, colorful and delicious. We ate a lot of salmon and various fruits and vegetables, which made us like it so much that we didn't want to leave

At night, the lights of thousands of houses are magnificent, and the green mountains, green waters, red tiles and yellow walls, the colorful and beautiful scenery is unparalleled

If we hadn't booked a hotel in Lucerne on Ctrip, we would have stayed and enjoyed it. If we come again next time, we will definitely choose this one

We had a wonderful 8 nights at Ermitage hotel. We arrived early, but they let us in the spa area to relax and then we had lunch and were let in our room at 3

The breakfast is fresh and a large choice, the dinner menu is great and the cake buffet in the afternoon is the best all home made and lots of vegan choices! The dine room set up is very charming a lot of small rooms with different themes and you sit on the same tale with the same waiter which is very comfortable

There is a bit of noise in the morning, the train woke me up, but no noise of other guests or doors

Our room was nice, I requested a tea cattle and it was given right away together with two nice cups and spoons. The cleaning service was impeccable

Exceptional stay with my family. The hotel located in the heart of town , near to all the transportation , it's very convenient for us to travel around Switzerland, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms

The hotel is great, just opposite the Zurich train station. This time I traveled with my mother and daughter. According to the reservation, they took the initiative to add a bed for my 11-year-old daughter

Fruits were free, and there were free chocolates. But I didn't notice that the canned chocolate beans in the minibar were not free, so I ate them anyway. The service is very good and considerate

Very good hotel, clean and spacious room, efficient and pleasant staff. The breakfast is plentiful. Even though the hotel isn't in the city center, the tram stop is right next to it, which is very convenient.

Location is a little far off from the main shopping street and train station but you can get them to pick you up from the train station upon arrival

The hotel has a nice exterior view, but its location is remote. The room facilities are basic, the towels are old, and the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. At over 2000 RMB per night, it's very poor value for money!

When we finished them and called reception for more, we were initially told there would be a charge. After we explained that the water hadn't been refilled during cleaning, they promptly sent some up free of charge

They even arranged a complimentary car to pick me up from another nearby hotel where I was visiting a friend, and upgraded my room. The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were modern and very clean

The most satisfactory hotel in Switzerland during this trip, the room is big enough, the environment is good, the breakfast is delicious, you can overlook Lucerne from a distance, parking is free, but the room is a little dim, everything is perfect

We went there to enjoy the aquapark, and it seems they had just reopened after renovations. Everything smelled new, and you could tell the staff were still a bit lost but trying hard to provide good service

The hotel is by Lake Lugano, offering a nice view. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, so we paid extra at the front desk to upgrade to a lake-view room, which we felt was definitely worth it

The hotel is conveniently located close to Milan. The next day, we stored our luggage at the front desk and made another trip to Milan

People in the small city were very welcoming, the food was good, and it was by the lake, and when the sun was out you could see the sunrise and sunset, with nice scenery

Facing the big lake, there are also yachts on the lake. There are also very convenient tourist trains nearby. It takes 45 minutes to go to a high place and have a bird's eye view of the entire town

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the excellent soundproofing! There is a city activity day on the weekend. I know it is extremely noisy outside, but I can hardly hear the sound

This is a clean and neat business hotel adjoining the Trafo conference hall. It is located close to the train station on the opposite side to the main town. Rooms are small but well equipped
