A very good business hotel for foreigners

Perfect for business, very expensive

I stayed in a beautiful, larger room with full sized windows looking out on trees. It was quiet, scenic and relaxing.

Odd weekend procedures The hotel itself is great. Reception is not staffed on Saturday, so you have to check in at the Park Hotel and that is where breakfast was on Sunday. It’s not far, but not convenient

Our stay at Beausite Zermatt was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel looked after throughout our visit

The wellness area was a highlight, especially after a day exploring Zermatt, with excellent spa facilities that were both relaxing and well organised

Breakfast was generous and high quality, with a wide selection to suit all tastes, and the dining experience overall was refined yet comfortable

The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the village and transport. Beasite Zermatt delivers luxury without feeling pretentious, paired with genuine hospitality

The food was great, the service was amazing, all together very positive. However, I can tell that the risotto needed a few more seconds and that it was a little cold

We also really enjoyed the spa, especially the heated outdoor pool and the salt room, which were perfect for relaxing after a day out

The hotel has superb facilities, the spa is glorious with the outdoor pool being gorgeously warm and the beds around the indoor pool are heated for extra luxury

They do also offer a cake every afternoon in the bar area (which changes daily) this was a lovely treat after skiing and feeling rather exhausted! The hotel is larger than I thought, the spa is particularly spacious with sauna, changing rooms and plenty of relaxation rooms etc

They come out quickly we found, no waiting if you are in a hurry to get to the lifts early! The evening meals in the bar or the restaurant are also very good, a fair mix of dishes and very well presented

The hotel is just what you would want in such a pretty location, chalet style and thoughtfully decorated throughout. The staff are excellent, friendly, caring and lovely to chat to

The ski in ski out does work well, the hotel has a cabin very close to the bottom of the slopes and you can easily walk there or the hotel will take you and collect you whenever you need

Very clean quiet friendly and helpful staff nice restaurants ambience and amazing waiters excellent food and beverages and the location is super close to tre center however the slop is little fatigued for older people To be highly recommended for all my acquantances

Garaging for cars, pool is nice although could be better as quite small. Grounds are beautiful and only a few minutes walk from the center of Gstaad

We have just enjoyed a week long family vacation at this cozy luxury hotel. This is the third time we come as a family to celebrate the new year and we leave super content and looking forward to coming back again soon

In this hotel it's the employees and the staff that makes the difference. Their friendlyness and willingness to perform at an absolute top level is most impressive. This hotel is extrememy well run

It's a very pleasant hotel with a nice breakfast, I didn't make use of the bar or dinner (which is closed on Sundays like the majority of Zurich) so I can't say how that experience is

Being near to multiple museums (including the FIFA football museum next door) and next to a major rail station (Bahnhof Enge) with a trolley going along the world-class designer shopping experience that is Bahnhofstrasse makes it a nice starting point for adventures

Everything about the stay was nice. i think some rooms (at least mine) could do with a plumbing upgrade, on/off hot/cold there was little middle ground with faucets/shower. The breakfast and coffee were good too

This change would ensure that the wood of the sauna remains clean and dry, as currently, people tend to sit with their wet swimwear instead of using sauna towels as they should

Overall it was a good experience. The pools can be warmer, or have one smaller pool that is hot. Charging for parking in their own parking lot is strange

Especially Salvatore - he immediately became the best friend for our small son :) Both pools inside and outside are comfortable and the view of snowy mountains from the warm pool is just breathtaking! Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel in a small and cute mountain village. Spacious rooms with a amazing view, comfortable beds. Amazing thermal spa, big hot swimming pool, lounges areas in the garden. Absolute heaven! Our favorite place

personal very! friendly very spacious breakfast- and dining room very good breakfast, no queues very good dinner, but the restaurants outside are also very recommendable (and less expensive) the spa area is really good and spacious! the hot water pools are warm enough also in winter and they even have a cool water pond

So many hiking options, followed by relaxation in the pool and sauna! A comprehensive breakfast with local specialties and friendly, bilingual staff! The relaxation began as soon as we arrived, and the (child-)friendliness was evident! We'd love to come back soon

Gorgeous hotel, lovely facilities, friendly staff and amazing views. Very nice (if you can afford it) and good mountains nearby to ski.

Absolutely perfect hotel! The facilities are top-notch, and the room has a wonderfully fresh scent, a subtle perfume that's just divine

There is a Spa (sauna 85°, steam room, shower area without textiles!), as well as two pools - one inside, the other outside. Still there is a fitness room and massage. The room has bathrobes, refrigerator, towels

Plus, there's an infinity pool with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains – it's incredible! You absolutely have to stay here if you visit Switzerland

There were two very mean people at the front desk, but everyone else was very nice. The surroundings are indeed nice, but if you're just looking for this hotel, you don't need to worry

Perfect location The best part about this hotel was the location! The entrance to the hotel is on a really cute square with an old fountain in it. It was really easy to walk to all the sights in Geneva

Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the river and lake. It is nicely decorated with a bit funky art. The room was fairly small but okay. It had a small desk, coffee machine and fridge

Great staff, great location, comfy beds with a selection of pillows. The 'boast' in the welcome pack that the rooms were refurbished in 2013

The service at the front desk was great - the receptionist gave me detailed info about how to get to the airport, she even got me a train ticket. I never had to come back to the front desk for key card issues (had none)

I had a 1 night stay before being admitted to hospital. It was Saturday night when I arrived and the restaurant was closed I had to get an uber eat and Maximilian on reception was very helpful and kind

It’s less than 30 dollars by taxi from the train station. It’s a 20-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse and Zurich Cathedral. The room is quite large and very clean. There isn’t much for breakfast

I was very impressed with this hotel. As soon as I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities, which made me feel very comfortable.

The location is easy to find, in a residential area, the environment is good and quiet. The service staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and patiently told us where we could park our car

And the street just below it (Utoquai) is rather busy and noisy, which could make the experience less enjoyable. The room has been very nicely renovated by Philippe Stark, I love very much

Weak point is the lack of storages and wardrobes, as well as not so many amenities provided. I’ve tried the Kitchen & Bar, a very good 1* restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner

Rooms are a good temperature in summer without the air con being too noisy. Staff efficient and friendly. Make sure you get breakfast all inclusive. It's extremely expensive otherwise.

La Réserve Eden is a nice small luxury hotel, very well place in front of the Zurich lake, at walking distance of several points of interest at the heart of the city

A great hotel! Perfect location and top service. We spent a night there, the room was amazing with direct view to the Zurich lake.

Could not say the same about a housekeeper lady or other who does our turn down service, she clearly showed irritation and displeasure when I asked for the room to be turned down later

The gym had a nice large window and light and the pools are large. Breakfast was fresh and lovely and the tea lounge a classic goi too!

We were upgraded on arrival to a Mountain Veiw Cosy room and i was actually in tears at how Stunning the room and Veiw was , and what a lovely suprise to have a bottle of Champagne on ice in the room for us! The cleanliness of the hotel os 10/10 The staff are so welcoming, polite and helfpul, always with a smile on their face

The food is 5* annd i especially enjoyed the breakfast in Le Grand every morning, with stunning veiws of the snowy Mountains! The Spa is the most luxurious i have ever been to, an experience like no other

A little noise from the disco. You give in your room key like an old fashioned movie. The Concierge really helped my first visit to town, especially Julien. Excellent! The yoga class was great

Very satisfied with all aspects, the service staff is enthusiastic. The room was given foreign wine, chocolate and apples. The only regret is the standing crane, which blocks the view and is noisy

The hotel room has a direct view of the Matterhorn. After arriving in Zermatt, you can contact the hotel to pick you up at the train station. Otherwise, it is difficult to find the hotel entrance

The hotel upgraded the room type, everything is good, the Michelin restaurant is also very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Zermatt

Rooms are being renovated, with a large walk-in shower, coffee machine, kettle for tea and water, and a minibar with complimentary items! Two jacuzzis on the terrace with magnificent views of the lake and mountains

Hotel was really clean and new with complimentary parking. Free transport ticket throughout Lausanne was given. Would be nice if there’s a kettle and mini fridge in the room. But overall, nice stay.

It is far from the city, suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel provides free transportation tickets. When visiting the Lausanne Olympic Museum, you can use the tickets to play & torture

Everything was perfect. My only regret is that they don't offer caffeine-free coffee at breakfast. Apart from the clean and spacious room.

The front desk was able to adjust the room to the right type, with a balcony and free underground parking, which was very reassuring.

We encountered Zurich during a light autumn rain. The hotel wasn't luxurious, but everything was just right. We were driving, so we chose a location a bit further from the city center, which offered great value for money

This is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, the room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It had heating, a very comfortable bed, and convenient transportation

Everything was perfect - the location is the best that everything is walking distance (btw, the hotel gives a transportation pass so it’s also free to take bus, metro, etc), the bar was also amazing with great selections of cocktails, and lastly their staff are truly the best! Our host was Nikos if I remember correctly, and he made our stay even better

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The room was super modern and stylish (I loved the design details), and little touches like a refillable water bottle and a Dyson air purifier really stood out

Free fruit on each floor with still and sparking water taps, Nespresso coffee and tea. Breakfast seemed quite pricey so we just ate the free fruit and bought some stuff in the supermarket around the corner

The hotel location is ideal as it is next to the motorway and within a few minutes drive to the city of Zurich, which makes it perfect for those who prefer a quieter and more peaceful night to sleep

The rooms are very clean, tidy, fresh, well decorated, very bright and can be made completely blacked out when the curtains are drawn for a good night's sleep. The beds are very comfortable

Other than that it was a convenient stopping point for us and the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

In the small town of Baden, local bus tickets are provided free of charge, which is very cost-effective. The location is a bit remote, but there are buses and the bus stop is just downstairs

The hotel has a restaurant and bar, and guests can purchase other items including drinks, snacks, ice-cream among other items anytime. It also offers a delicious breakfast. Guests can pay for indoor or outdoor parking

The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. The entire place was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Spent 5 nights there whilst touring the canton. Superior room on the 4th floor was extremely comfortable. Every member of staff was polite helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is buffet style with good choice

The room was new and not far from the station. The facilities were clean and tidy. On the second-floor hallway, I smelled cat, so it seems pets are allowed; it was probably left by a previous guest

Very conveniently located near Bern station and tourist sights. Also close to a tram stop (Barenplatz) that makes it easy to get to museums and so on. Room was comfortable and quiet.

It is at a quiet and safe location, so I had a really peaceful sleep. It is a short distance from the river so I enjoyed the runs… and the small towels and recommended running routes by On available right at the lobby

Very good hotel, clean and spacious room, efficient and pleasant staff. The breakfast is plentiful. Even though the hotel isn't in the city center, the tram stop is right next to it, which is very convenient.

This hotel of Bern boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby

Amazing hotel in the centre, everything close by foot :) I would prefer to have access to my city bus pass from the morning of the day of my arrival and not after check in, but I guess this is standard.
