The hotel manager, Stephanie, was really responsive. Very clear pre-checkin and check-in instructions were corresponded to me.
The hotel itself was in a quiet but yet central location. Easily walkable from the train station, or accessible by taxi if one chooses not to walk. The hotel faces beautiful landscape. Gorgeous in the day, magical at night.
Room was very well equipped and kept really clean.There was an inviting scent in the hotel and in the room. Gives you a really comfortable feeling the moment you step in.
Housekeeping was top notched. Housekeeping staff were ready to answer to any requests.
We were there to sight-see, so we did not use the hotel facilities for ski equipment. But I am sure they are on top of things.
In case you are considering Hotel Ambiance as a possible choice, go for it. You have my word.
