However, our dining experience at the hotel restaurant was very disappointing. My husband and I wanted to have dinner there, but the staff were quite rude. We waited for almost 15 minutes, raised our hands several times to get attention, yet no one came to take our order. Strangely, guests who arrived after us were served first. Eventually, we decided to leave and dine at another restaurant instead.
The next morning, breakfast was served in the same restaurant, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations either. There were limited food options, and the hygiene was concerning — some food items were left uncovered, and we even saw a few flies around. Overall, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
Supermarkets were walking distance away, and even food options were many like macdonalds, western food, etc.
the receptionist was warm and friendly and even extended us for an early check in when rooms are available.
The hotel was overall very cozy and clean, suitable for a short stay. The necessities are provided like soap, towels, hair dryer, tissue! Just note that there is no fridge in the room if that was your concern. Other than that, perfect stay!
