I had to cancel my trip due to unexpected geopolitical travel disruptions and flight cancellations, even though my reservation was non-refundable. The hotel team was incredibly kind and understanding and still processed a refund for me. Their compassion and professionalism truly meant a lot during such a stressful situation. I’m very grateful and would definitely love to stay here in the future.

We stayed here 1 night, Excellent location by the bridge and clear view of the Matterhorn Mountain. Very kind and loving family runs this hotel. 8 minute walk from the Train station, surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

First time at the Beau-Rivage and would highly recommend — excellent service from friendly staff, clean and charming rooms, easy-access ski-room and a desirable location right next to the "cheese bus" free bus stops going to either the Matterhorn gondola or the Sunnega funicular. Free shuttle service to/from the train station. In the heart of downtown Zermatt yet quiet and peaceful, with those incredible Matterhorn views!

We were absolutely delighted with our 3N stay at the Beu-Rivage Zermatt; from the complimentary pick up - drop at the Rail Station; large clean rooms with a view; excellent linen on a very comfortable bed; a charming sit out at the lobby level with great sunshine and a marvelous view of the Matterhorn up real close. Personalised service by the Owner's Son and the ONLY HOTEL in our 28 day trip across Italy and Switzerland where we were offered EGGS TO ORDER for Breakfast. The convenient location made it super easy to just walk to to all the attractions in Zermatt. Definitely a must stay with great value for money, negligible noise level and a lively atmosphere.

Location would give 4 out 5 , about 650 mts away from the station , but near Sunnega. However, a lot of tourists come specifically to this hotel location for a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Rooms - very nice and cosy , plenty of drawers , nice lighting and a more than decent washroom. Since we were on the top floor both the bathroom and the living room area had a clear glass on the roof leading to great daylight in the room. The balcony was fab with an uninterrupted view of the Matterhorn - to the extent that one needn’t go out of your room in Zermatt !! Breakfast was adequate . Jonas , the owner’s son who manages the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They arrange for a pickup and drop to the station . Our only regret was we couldn’t get to meet the Olympic champion owner !!

Such a clean, well kept lovely hotel in a great location in Zermatt. The hotel staff was so kind and actually did a wonderful favor for me with a smile. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Next to the hotel is the viewpoint to the Matterhorn. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will give you chocolate.

The room is very big and have the balcony. The bathroom is not sealed so some water may come out. The breakfast is very nice.

There is the shuttle to the Zermatt station, just ask the staff for it. We used it when checkout.

Perfect location in the middle of town. Reception was helpful in explaining everything about the hotel and extremely helpful in giving information about the different activities around town.

We just returned from a week at the Beau Rivage and enjoyed a perfect stay. The location is perfect in town, but less than a 10 minute walk to any lift or 5 minute bus shuttle. Jonas and family were very friendly and helpful with everything from dinner reservations to ski equipment suggestions. The room was spacious, very comfortable with balcony facing the Matterhorn and river. The breakfast was ideal with eggs, meats, cheeses, fish, cereal and fresh baked goods. Very central, but quiet location. Enjoy!
