Lovely hotel, i love everything about it

Excellent! It's clean and hygienic. The hotel is located just off a small road right by Patong Beach, so the location is great and it's quiet. I got a room with direct pool access on the quieter side, which was super convenient. The breakfast spread was plentiful. For dinner, you can choose one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert, and the menu changes daily. Some items, like certain beef steaks, require an extra charge, but things like chicken wings and roast chicken are included. It's not just pizza, as some reviews suggest, and the portions are more than enough. I was full every single day.

The location is great and is priced accordingly. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are tidy and comfortable. The pool area is fun and the pina colada was pina colada-ing. The breakfast offered healthy and nutritious foods and the seating was comfortable and plenty. Our only concern was the thickness of the wall between rooms. Our room had a connecting door to the next door. We could hear our neighbors talking from time to time.

The hotel was great, with a swimming pool right downstairs and a very clean room. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was really noisy. Just a short walk from the hotel, there's a main road lined with restaurants and bars. It's also very close to the bar street. Overall, I was very satisfied.

This is a top notch hotel with instant access to the pool rightbout your back door. Nice pool bar with happy hour prices. The beds here are so soft and comfortable. The shower is awesome and there is a large tub too. A refrigerator and a safe are available. Good TV with a few English/American movie stations. The staff are very helpful and went out of there way to make sure we had directions, a place to park and info on great restaurants. It is a short walk to the Bangla walking street amd right across the street from Patong Beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Got to stay in a newly renovated room, but unfortunately the construction noise was too loud dust was everywhere. If I had known there was renovation going on, I would’ve avoided checking in — there was no notice at all. Requested to change rooms because it was too noisy every morning. Got pool access room had dark-colored walls, making it hard to see personal items, and the replacement room wasn’t renovated. Overall, the staff and service were excellent.

Wonderful Stay Despite Ongoing Renovation – Great Service!

We stayed at DoubleTree Phuket for three nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel arranged a newly renovated room for us, which we really liked. However, since lower floors were still under renovation, there was some noise starting from around 8 AM. To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast — a thoughtful gesture!

On the second morning, the sound of metal being moved woke us up early. It was a bit disturbing, but understandable due to the ongoing work. On the third morning, I casually mentioned the noise to a staff member (who I believe was the manager), and he immediately offered to help us move to a more convenient room. After discussing with our friends, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel contacted us and upgraded us to a ground-floor room right next to the pool. We were very satisfied with the new room and truly appreciated the hotel’s attention to guest comfort.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The location is also excellent — just steps from the beach and close to Central Patong. Everything you need is within walking distance.

We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again once the renovations are complete!
