The room is spacious, nice, and very clean.
The location is convenient
there’s a 7-11 just a 3-minute walk on the left side, and it’s about a 7-minute drive (or Grab ride) to the Ancient City. If you prefer walking, it takes around 40 minutes.

It’s not exactly in the center for night markets or the Ancient City, as those require a bit more distance to reach. However, if you’re looking for a cozy and peaceful stay, this is definitely a great choice.

The breakfast was perfect for us — there were many options to choose from.

Also, thank you for the lovely surprise with the zoo animal towel 🥰 It really made my day!

Lots of noise! And don’t expect the cleanest room. You get what you pay for.. the pool is not convenient. No swimming …

The checkin experience was not the best. No help with taking our luggage to the room. One of the staff at checkin was quite rude. The room floor was dirty and the rooms was quite dusty too. Breakfast was quite average not much veg options for hot foods. The coffee machine was really bad and the coffee tasted burnt everytime I had a coffee. One of the breakfasts the coffee machine was broken so no coffee for any of the guests. I ended up having tea instead. Location is just outside of the main old town square so slightly far from everything happening. Have to catch a taxi or grab to go anywhere.

It's okay, everything is new. But the safe wasn't working, and I couldn't be bothered to ask about it. The room had one of those concrete-style beds, which is something I definitely wouldn't choose back home. Felt like there was too much concrete, to be honest.

The location is quite good, and the family room is spacious, perfect for a family of four. There's a restaurant and an indoor pool on the first floor, where you can even catch some sun. The hotel also has a few dedicated parking spaces right out front, making travel very convenient. It's really close to Wat Chiang Man. Definitely recommend!

Potentially a good hotel. Customer service could be improved, especially compared to other hotels in Thailand. The location is excellent. The rooms have really poor acoustics, so you can hear everything from the hallway and the rooms next door. This could be improved with curtains and perhaps a rug.
