The staff was nice, but the hotel was very basic. The bathroom did not have any curtain, so we were spilling out the water everywhere, and there was no hanger for the hand towel. The room smelled like humidity, although it was clean (which we had to ask for, since they were not cleaning the room by default). The bed mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. And it was far away from the city center and the lively places. There was only a 7 Eleven next to it. I would not recommend this place.

Staff is kind, and even they do speak almost no English at all, they do their best with Google Translate to come over the communication gap.

Apart of it, this hotel is far away of being a 3-star and a 'boutique' one. The rooms are clean, but the whole interior of so-called deluxe room is way outdated for ages and our room looks extremely rocked-down, and at least one of these deluxe rooms is on the ground floor. Shower doesn't have a courtain, towels have no hangers.

Room barely has any correct illumination and furnitures are coming from a weird industrial-kubist era I tried to identify with no luck.
We stayed 5 nights and we had to ask at the reception to clean the room after the 3rd one as we were running out of toilet paper and clean towels too...

Overall:
Do not expect miracles here, it's a cheap hotel in every possible way.

room is OK, toilet barely flushes, but the major issue is that there is no ac in the room. I called front desk and asked about how to turn on the air con, and she said "no have"

edit: while the ac panel on the wall does nothing, I eventually found the remote to turn on the ac. the lady at the front desk just didn't understand what I was saying.

The hotel is really nice and perfect for a one night stay in Chiang Mai. The room is modern and clean. The furnitures are a little bit damaged and the shower was not super modern, but overall a perfect stay. Especially when you are on a budget this place gives you a lot of comfort for only 500THB per night.

The staff and hotel employees were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfy. What impressed me the most was the lighting in the rooms. Because the room was dark, it gives you a long-lasting and relaxing sleep even though it’s already daytime.

Far from the services and city center, and the management treat the employees like animals, pay less is possible the workers and make pay them the stuff stolen from the customers. They are exploiters.

Cons: Bedside light not working, no lift, no safe in room. Corridor was dark. Out of town location

Well service, clean, organize and quite cheap. Just down side on the hard bed and pillow, a bit deeper location which complicate to check-in for the standard room compare to deluxe. Accept "เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน", can book on Agoda.
