The room facilities are a bit old, but the service is good. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right in the heart of Patong Beach, just across the road from the beach. The hotel has a total of 8 buildings with various room types, including sea view, pool view, and standard rooms, all at different prices. The breakfast is abundant, and there's a Western, Japanese, and Thai restaurant. Along the small road in front of the hotel, you'll find all sorts of restaurants, gift shops, massage parlors, and more, which is very convenient.

A lot of stuff are nice but you’re odd one can be pain sometimes other than that good spot to stay pool is perfect.

This hotel stay is excellent with all the attentive staffs catered to your needs and request! Especially when they see I teaching my baby daughter swimming in the pool, they bring a kid life jacket for my baby daughter.
The pool bar is great too.

Excellent food, service and one of the most amazing places in Thailand. Such warm hospitality is rare to see and all thanks to Su for being a great host. She was attentive, paid attention to every detail and even arranged a small cake for my parent's 30th Anniversary. She was simply superb!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Su and Zaza, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, professional, and very warm.
The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Each dish tasted fresh and authentic, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere was fantastic, cozy, and lively at the same time. The live music added a special touch to the evening, creating a warm and joyful ambiance. Great location, possibly the best end of patong beach. Massive pool, with pool bar, street bar and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was fresh with great selection. Staff so friendly and helpful. If you want a view of the ocean request top floor closer to the beach. Personally I think the rooms 1 level up with pool view look great. Pool access rooms are the ones to book as they look great, more room on balcony with no barrier.

When I tried to leave the hotel, I was accused of breaking a tiny part of the TV frame—a crack so small it was barely visible. I didn't do it, and then they demanded I pay the full price for the TV. When I refused, they threatened to call the police. I had a flight and another hotel booked, and to avoid missing my flight and being delayed, I felt obligated to pay, even though I hadn't broken it. In the end, I paid for the TV and gave it to the driver. Note: The hotel manager was completely uncooperative, even though I've been a regular guest there for years. I repeat, I didn't do it, and I'm a loyal customer of the hotel.
