I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The service was nice and friendly. The facilities are great. But it is a bit of a bait and switch. The ocean looks beautiful at high tide, but at low tide you can see tires and bicycle parts sticking out of the mud. There are a bunch of derelict boats off to the side that you need to ignore. You can't go into the ocean anywhere nearby. Everything is far away...

The hotel is OK, but out of the way of anything good. Shocked by the state of the towels we were given. Not once, but every day. Holes and tattered. Totally unacceptable for any hotel to give their guests these. Left a bad impression. The gym is good but no aircon so was very hot and sweaty and uncomfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel with a beachfront. I would stay here again. I am not sure about the bad reviews. The rooms are very spacious. The service is great Yes, it is far from the party scene, but if you want quiet and a beachfront with a great pool for $60 US dollars, tell me where you can find one. The food and drinks exepcional.

The hotel has a very nice design. My room was oceanview so it was a great place to take very beautiful pictures. However, the rooms are too small for a couple. Also, not that much privacy in case you're traveling with a friend. Again this was due to the size of the room. Everything else was good including the breakfast.

A truly wonderful stay. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I particularly loved the room's design and layout. I'd even go so far as to say the service rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton.

There aren't many hotels at the level of rosewood on Phuket, service is spot on, breakfast is very unique and if u want to feel like you in an episode of white lotus the this is the hotel for you. As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked. The hotel has a beach front, but the beach is not suitable for swimming. The location feels a bit isolated and far from shops and restaurants. The room could have been cleaner, as there was hair on the floor. On a positive note, the views around in the hotel are nice.

Over all stay at Naiyang is ok, since no Breakfast available looks to be a-bit troublesome, and near by the main streets, there is no popular restaurant. Only local food shops, which might not suit to everyone stomach. Because the Main City of Phuket is really quiet a Distance travel. Good luck

We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t wanted our holiday to end! The hotel was super comfortable and kudos to the staff’s hospitality. There’s a 24 hours free access gym with great equipment and breakfast selection was fantastic with organic eggs from their own farm nearby (you can even visit the farm). They even have an amazing spa and onsen ( 550 Thai baht per person, totally worth it) and the onsen...

I booked 2 apartments via trip.com and requested it to be side by side because we are family. Upon check in they said , it can not be done because the booking came from 2 different website. How is that possible ?

I stayed at the Radisson Resort and Suites in Kamala beach for 5 days and it is a beautiful resort. The level of service has been excellent. It was a good stay overall. The only things that didn't meet expectations were the suite's 'tropical view,' which actually looked out onto an unkempt patch of land, and the limited shuttle service, with only two runs per day.

Our Stay with Pavilions was a memorable one! A beautiful resort with great amenities and helpful staff! The room was spacious and had a balcony and they also prepared a welcoming gift for our honeymoon. The restaurant and pool were the highlights but the gym was great too.

The service is amazing with very friendly staff. Trips to and from the beach and shopping mall is inclusive. We had a villa with our own swimming pool and absolutely loved it. It’s difficult to book taxis, the location is quite far, no convenience stores nearby, had to walk for around 18 minutes to reach the nearest 7eleven. The hotel amenities were ok and the staff friendly, they helped me exchange money. I didn’t like that I had to wait till 3pm to get my room. Most hotels do 2pm. The room was ok, but there was no tooth paste or toothbrush.
