The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I especially loved the pool area and the direct beach access, which made the stay even more relaxing.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast selection was excellent with a great variety of delicious options.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket and looking for comfort, convenience, and beautiful ocean views.
It is incredibly convenient to have your own toilets and showers available, unlike people on the public beach who have to pay for these services, including sunbeds and umbrellas.
You truly appreciate the advantage of having the hotel within easy reach when you realize you have forgotten something in your room. 🙂
Amazing and always smiling staff, and special thanks to the ladies at reception, Jamie and Aum, who were always willing to give advice and help.
We also truly appreciated the Thai cooking class offered by the hotel which provided an authentic and enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to recreating the dishes at home when we return to Canada. Additionally, the amenities throughout the property were comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and contributed positively to our overall stay.
I would like to give special thanks to the manager, Ms. Lateefah, for her exceptional professionalism and kindness. She was very attentive, supportive, and made sure all guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her leadership truly reflects the high standard of the hotel.
