We stayed at this place on Feb'26 for two nights. The size of the hotel is not that big. It is kinda small hotel. And it is not bang on the road, you have to take an alley to enter this hotel. The lobby of the ground is too narrow and rooms on the ground are not at all good..
We happened to 2 rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor. The room on the ground floor has not ventilation, small place.
On the other hand, the room on the 2nd floor was more airerated, had more space and also had a balcony which had no view.
Service was good. The staff is nice too. But the price we paid for those room are too high (i.e. rs.5500/- per room per day is not worth I think..
Am not saying the hotel is not nice. It can be good for cheaper price.
The USP of this hotel was the swimming on the top floor. The view was magnificent from it. You can see for yourself in Google photos.

Super friendly staff always smiling and try to help you out. Breakfast options include vegetarian options the staff even came to personally check if it was pure veg cos I requested it was too kind.I dint have good experiences with bigger hotels too they were.rude and abrubpt and they can all speak and understand English which I think as a foreigner is a great plus. They have an amazing pool with a sea view and it's open till 11 pm. The rooms are sooper clean with a balcony and if u wanna live near the beach for a quick stay hopefully a long one cos thailand is amazing 😂🖤 u get bikes from 300bhat just outside the hotel super close to the beach and a chill vibe.

We had a very pleasant stay at Seven Q Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a very good location.
A special thank you to Fabie and Fairy at the front desk. They are extremely helpful, polite, and professional. They assisted us with everything we needed and always welcomed us with a warm smile. Because of Fabie and Fairy, our stay became even more enjoyable.
We are truly happy with their service and highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Phuket.

Absolutely awful! DO NOT STAY HERE
Hot Water Issues
During our entire six-day stay, I was only able to have one hot shower. The hot water system was repeatedly broken, reportedly under repair, or failed again almost immediately after repairs were attempted. When the system was “fixed,” it would stop working shortly afterwards, indicating inadequate or temporary repairs.
Towels and Linen
We were provided with only one set of three beach towels for four people for the entire stay. Despite checking multiple times throughout each day, no additional towels were ever available. The towels we did have were stained, and I have attached photos for reference.
Similarly, the bedsheets were stained and were never changed during our stay.
Staff and Service Concerns
Reception staff were often not present at the desk. When they were present, they were frequently eating and were also observed vaping at reception, which is not appropriate in a customer-facing service environment.
We also regularly had to ask housekeeping staff for basic items such as toilet paper, which should have been automatically replenished.
Room Access Issues
At one point, we were locked out of our room because our key cards stopped working, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
Misrepresentation of the Property
The hotel did not match the photos shown on Booking.com. The property is clearly run down and this represents a misrepresentation of what was advertised. I have attached photos showing:
Broken furniture
Wallpaper peeling off the walls
Broken steps and general disrepair
These issues were widespread and not isolated.
Additional Issues
Ironically, there was a QR code displayed at reception inviting guests to leave a review, but this also did not work.
Overall, the service was average at best, and the facilities were rundown, broken, or in very poor condition. Our stay was not enjoyable, and we feel that we paid a significant amount of money for accommodation that was far below the standard advertised.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. EXCELLENT location, walking distance to the world famous Patong Beach. Very safe area. We felt totally safe walking around very late at night. There is a 7-eleven a 2 minute walk away from the hotel.
The overall condition of the hotel was needing maintenance, but likely standard for the area. The pool looked clean and well maintained. The view from the pool deck was very nice.
Breakfast was 200 baht per person, but was very limited and unappealing.
The front desk arranged a taxi to the airport for us for 700 baht.

Decent rooms at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. Lovely rooftop view with swimming pool. Close to beach, local shops and nightlife.

When you come here, you have to know how much you paid.
Before this hotel, we were in 5*hotel and sure there is a difference. So, if you expect luxury, here you will not have it. But rooms are clean, fresh towels every day and workers are very nice. Location is good.
I recommend to take excursions just outside the hotel on the left. One older lady is selling it. Thank you 7Q

Not a good hotel if you are looking For Air conditioned Rooms. Room Air Conditioners do not work properly. Even after changing the rooms it is so hot. Air conditioners do not work. In tired state it's very unpleasant to keep querying for basic room amenities.

Great location close the the beach. Breakfast is ok but you need to be there at 7 otherwise the food is cold. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Our door to the balcony was broken was asking telling reception was told no technician and no other room available over all good hotel just some small things need to be fixed. The tour lady out the front on the road is very helpful

Front desk lady is too supportive as compare to her counterpart. Propert is having a roof top swimming pool and that’s the most attractive thing in the property other than its walking distance from the beach. If we compare with the room and other facility cost is bit high for the property but due to prime location you will not regret it . Patong beach is 5 months walk Bangla road ( night life/walking street) is 15 min walk and bus stop is also 15 min walk

The air conditioning didn't worked properly (it stayed at 16 degrees Celsius and it barely cooled the room). We also didn't have hand towels and hair dryer. Apart from these it was ok for the price.

Nice place near the beach, walk 5 minute to the beach, kindly and friendly staff

The bathroom is very ugly, smelly and dirty. The room was also dirty, apparently they haven't cleaned. The towels provided were extremely smelly! The House is also extremely old and they do nothing. Dirty everywhere you look and it doesn't look anything like the photos when you want to book. The shower head is above the toilet and you need to use the same floor for showering. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room had a window that didn't have glass in it, when you opened the window you found out why, its the view on a wall. Not allowed to wash any toiletpaper down the toilet, which is not very comfortable. The AC was not really quitte. Room was on the street so it was very noisy. They gave us another room and it was a bit better but also old and heavy noisy.
