They are not at all helpful or accommodating for the guests.
We booked wrong dates and immediately cancelled upon realisation with 2-3 minutes, we requested for date change immediately but receptionist Miss Huang said she cannot take the decision and asked to call the next day 10 AM. This exact thing happened for 5 days continuously when we called via travel aggregator. On the 5th day we tried to contact the property directly we were denied to talk to hotel manager. They also falsely claimed that they are fully booked whereas even today 12th December 2025, they have availability for the date we wanted. This was happening 1 month in advance of the date we wanted to checkin.
We were even ready to pay 5-10% more than listing price for our required dates. But Hotel denied date change or refund on account of policy even if we just held the booking for less than 5 minutes and also denied us to reach to the manager directly.

Cancelled a wrong booking within minutes and still got no help. Five days of “call back tomorrow,” no access to the manager, and false claims of no availability — even though the rooms were still open online. We were willing to pay extra just to change dates, but the hotel wouldn’t budge. The travel partner was ready to refund, but the property refused approval. Extremely poor service.

Our experience with this property was unbelievably frustrating. We booked the wrong dates by mistake and cancelled almost instantly (within 2–3 minutes). We requested a date change, but the receptionist, Ms. Huang, told us she had no authority to do anything and asked us to call again the next morning. This exact conversation repeated for five straight days.

We finally tried contacting the property directly but were refused access to the manager. They kept insisting they were fully booked, even though the same dates were available online — and remained available even a month later. We were ready to pay extra to shift our dates, yet the hotel hid behind “policy” and declined everything.
