Very good hotel in a good location. 24 hour reception, the lady in reception where you can book trips was fantastic. Restaurant was very nice and offers take away food. There is a cat cafe across the road if you like cats.
The room was basic but nice, air con, good bathroom, balcony and a conforable big bed. I got bottles of water everyday and the cleaner was lovely.

Its not as shown at online booking site. Difficult to find even through google maps. No parking available. Location vise quite near to patong beach.

Our stay at Aspery Hotel Patong was extremely disappointing. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained, and the toilet was clogged, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
When we informed the receptionist about the problem, we were told that there were no available rooms, so we had to struggle through the night in unacceptable conditions. Only the next day were we finally able to change rooms, which should never happen in a properly managed hotel.
Overall, it was a horrible experience. This hotel feels outdated and badly maintained, and the service was not helpful at all. I honestly would not give it more than one star and would not recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Aspery Hotel after a long travel, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the front desk receptionist, Pant, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive, exactly what we needed after such long travel days.
There were a few small issues with our original room, but the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. They made excellent accommodations for us and ensured we were completely comfortable. Thanks to their kindness and hospitality, our stay turned out to be relaxing and enjoyable!
The level of care and service we received really stood out. We’re so grateful to Pant and the entire Aspery Hotel staff for making our time there so pleasant. Their restaurant was also great and staff was very kind. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Great location to everything you need, wonderful staff, and a truly welcoming place to stay!

The stay was good overall. The hotel staff were very friendly. However, there was one issue the cleaning lady was nice but she opened my room door while I was sleeping, since she had the key card. Also, when my friend was knocking on my door, she offered to open it for him, which she did. That could be a serious security concern if someone else pretended to know me. Another small issue: the air conditioner only had one temperature setting because the control knob was broken.

The hotel is still in renovation at some room. The bed is not very clean. The room is small. It's close the beach, though.

The hotel seems to be understaffed while their restaurant and tour offices are looking for work to do. After checking in se sat around for over two hours only to be told one of the room isn’t in fact ready. Please get those receptionists and room attendants more help. They’re overworked.

Really good location. Price was very cheap. I liked the interior design of the rooms and bed. You can reach most of the famous bar and restaurant by walking in 2 minutes. Room service excellent. Hotel Bar offers happy hour deals during a day.
