Sino Maison Hotel in Patong

WiFi is super slow, food was ok, but not always left (at 9:20 a lot of dishes were eaten), extremely noisy rooms ( honestly have no idea why not to change balconies’ windows )

Small rooms but decent location

We didn't stay long in this hotel, it was like a transit point for a few nights. I'll note the good location, there are plenty of different cafes and inexpensive establishments. The sea is also not that far, about 10 minutes. The hotel is clean. The rooms are small but everything is good. I noticed that there were many Russian-speaking people staying there.

Great experience with the staff, super helpful and well organized. The only problem with the rooms is the bad terrace door that lets all the noise through, get earphones or plugs for an easier good night sleep.

First of all, when choosing a hotel, the goal was one - the cheapest. Our "program" did not include a rest in the hotel, we wanted to see as much as possible on the island and beyond. Which is what we actually did our entire vacation) At the same time, Sino Maison became a house to which we returned with pleasure. The room always has clean towels, air conditioning, hot water, a safe, a kettle, a refrigerator, a very large and comfortable bed, everything you need for a comfortable stay/overnight) When checking in, we asked for a quiet room, they met us halfway and gave us a view of the river, it was very comfortable, although once we were woken up by "cheerful" neighbors who returned in the morning, but the hotel clearly has nothing to do with it) The staff is friendly and always ready to help. We did not take breakfast, we bought sandwiches in Seven, there are two of them nearby and enjoyed them with coffee in the morning) There is everything you need nearby, a huge shopping center, markets, cafes. There is a massage parlor next door, I liked the massage, I went several times. We didn't swim in Patong, we went to the neighboring beaches of Karon, Kata Yai, Kata Noi, the best for swimming, Yanui for snorkeling) The location of the hotel is excellent for traveling around the island. Conveniently get to different beaches and to the center of the island. We recommend visiting the water park - Andamanda and a great show in the evening - Siam Niramit, we did not regret the money spent. Choose a hotel for your purposes, then there will be no disappointment)

We liked everything, there were no problems, the staff is polite. Breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean. The location is relatively good, there will be a couple of garbage on the road, but nothing to worry about. It's about 20 minutes to the sea, there is a market and currency exchange offices nearby. You can go for a massage right in the next house. There is a store and a pharmacy nearby, the road is not super busy

This review is for the Sino Cafe attached to the hotel. I ordered a pepper steak and fries along with a coca cola. It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Obviously local beef but it was juicy, tender and had very little fat or gristle. Incredible value at only 150 baht! Lovely ladies working there and I will be back to try out more dishes.

Friendly staff, cleaning lady did great job everyday cleaning the room. You can borrow towels from reception for swimming etc. Highly recommended. If you’re unlucky and get a room from road side, it could be little noisy, but was fine with earpads
