OYO 320 Regent 2002 Guest House in Patong

DONT BOOKED THIS HOTEL!!! This hotel already vanished.. don't buy this at any online platform.. the ownership has changed.. the signboard is changed & the whole management has changed.. once I arrived they refused my printed confirmation booking.. 1st thing come out from the receptionist is 'Oyo is no more'.. & they not responsible in this case since they also said a lot of guest having the same case as me for the past 3 months.. so I decided to call the hotel no. at Agoda (even during that moment they are still selling on online platform as normal) 😕 suprisingly the phone is ringing in front of me. Then the receptionist explained the phone is the same.. only the owner,hotel name,rate, management were changed.. even U have confirmation booking from Oyo they won't accept.. then I decided to called Agoda & Agoda suprise with the case even the receptionist said they already report to Agoda for past 3 months.. then we have to find another hotel which is not the cheaper rate.. totally fraud & scam.. Agoda should monitor the hotel under their platform.

DO NOT BOOK! It's a scam that this hotel is still on multiple hotel booking sites, but it doesn't exist anymore! I arrived and the front desk said "this is under new management now" and they've no record of my booking. So I was stranded. Again, PLESSE DO NOT BOOK!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Mouldy and disgusting room on the second floor with no windows. I booked the room on line with pictures that were not accurate when I walked to my room. Room and washroom was extremely dirty. Old furniture/ Noisy room / uncomfortable bed / Right on the Main Street with lots of noise till 3 am.
