staff very friendly, and can’t do enough for you. rooms are nice and clean with cleaners coming to clean rooms at 11 which is nice cause you don’t feel rushed

The room and the staff were nice, but unfortunately there were some small bugs in the room.

Nice for the price.
2 nights before heading out to Karbi. It was ok for the price. The bed was good but could have been softer. There was a stool for sitting but no back. I did not use it. The room needs a comfortable sitting chair. There was none. I could not identify which was the body soap from the shampoo. There were no labels. Little improvements can go a long way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We rented a bike here and the bike they tried to give us was broken. They said they will fix it in 10 minutes, 4 hours later wasn't fixed so they wanted to give us another bike that was more expensive. We said okay, and that bike ALSO BROKE when we were riding it. They told us to fix it ourselves, when we said no they threatened us with our passports. They finally told us to pay EVEN MORE for the fixing of the bike at the end. Extremely rude, downright bad, cheating people.

I recently stay was thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by the staff. Unfortunately, the staff failed to meet even the basic expectations of customer service.

It's an worst experience don't go to this hotel. Staff is arrogant and cockroch are running here and there. AC are there only to show that they are there and they are not working properly. It's better to cancel ur trip and seat in ur own house that's the very much better than said hotel. Otherwise stay in tent near by city instead of said hotel. I advice even don't go to near by said hotel

They're trying their best to serve you better. Rooms are spacious but smelly. Furniture is old. The tables and wardrobes look antique. Door locks are messy. Toilet is an issue here. It feels like railway toilets. But room service is good so they clean it up adequately. The environment is very Indian here. From the reception to the restaurant you can meet Indian staff here. You can ask for help or anything in Hindi. No translator needed.

Staying here was really nice the manager was also very helpful for anything you needed. The owner was always happy and laughing.
The shower had good pressure and the bed was so good.
I really liked if you had your sign on the door not to come in the cleaning staff left water each day outside your room for you

5* restaurant, Best Indian Food You will get all types of indian dishes. Rates are very reasonable. Best veg and nonveg food. All types of alchohalic and non alchohalic drinks are available. Veg food, nonveg food (sea food, chicken, mutton etc) available. Best in taste. Do visit this restaurant.

Location in a dodgy back alley, it's close to everything but feels scary at night. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately that's about the only forgiving quality. Everything is dirty and dated, the rooms are nothing like the photos. You can hear everything through the walls and doors. Air con doesn't work very well. Not all balconies have views - I tried two different rooms, one looked into a cement wall and the other into a construction site. One had an air-con that didn't work, the other had no fridge. Both rooms were extremely moldy and dirty. In sum, I was not comfortable and did not feel safe. Would not recommend.
