A good hotel for the price, not ultra luxe. A bit away from the main hotspots which was quite nice. The pool access set up is fun. The breakfast was pretty good but not mind blowing.

I love my stay at this hotel, I celebrated my birthday and they decorated the bed nicely. The room was clean and well maintained. Traveling solo, I'd really recommend this hotel. Even though the facilities are a bit old, the environment is nice and the room is very spacious. It's also super convenient. I suggest everyone book their rooms through Trip.com – it's genuinely cheaper than other platforms and offers many benefits.

Good Hotel. Large rooms, small terrace, bathtub/shower that floods the bathroom floor due to shower head lack of adjustability. Lots of choice for breakfast but most of it is bland. This is a very kid-friendly hotel, highly recommend for those with children aged 6/7 and under. The back gate offers quick access to Kata Beach. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but you can ask the front desk to set up the sofa bed! Overall, it's very good.

The hotel's pool is very clean, and they provide unlimited beach towels. There are rinse-off facilities at the back entrance to the beach. The service is very welcoming, with staff who speak Chinese, and luggage storage is also very convenient.

The staff were very nice and attentive and they go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. They always welcome us with a smile every time we are back from the beach or shopping and they make small talks to make us feel at home. The room was big for a family of 4 and the pool was great too! The area is right in Bangla Street so shopping was very easy. Will stay there every time we go Phuket.

This is like a little oasis in the middle of busy Patong Beach, it is a couple of minutes walk from Bangla Road markets, restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, but the bed was a bit saggy. The shower pressure wasn't great. We stayed in a suite, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was too noisy, so we turned it off while sleeping and used the living room's AC instead.
