Hotel is clean and upgraded after recent renovation works.
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations — from the friendly and professional staff to the modern, clean rooms and the perfect location right in the heart of Patong. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and great cocktails, and the pool area is a fantastic place to relax during the day. The atmosphere is lively yet still feels relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

A fantastic hotel with great amenities, excellent buffet breakfast, swim up bar, coffee shop as well a rooftop bar and restaurant.

I went straight to reception, thinking they would understand, but all they said was, “This is what you booked, sir. If you are not happy, contact your travel agent.” No empathy, no effort to help, nothing. Just the same line on repeat. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same response check your paper work sir this is what you booked
After a long and honestly exhausting back-and-forth, I ended up having to pay extra for a room with a pool view — which finally felt like the experience we thought we had booked in the first place.
It’s such a shame because the hotel itself is amazing, but that first impression and the way it was handled completely ruined the start of our 5 day holiday in Phuket. We came here to relax, not to argue and feel dismissed.
It shouldn’t take frustration and extra money to get the experience you were promised from the start
The amenities are spotless, the staff are just beautiful, always happy,nothing is too hard.
The roof top bar gives a great view.
