The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance. Breakfast is good and just one thing they deposit 2000 Bhatt at check in. And give us back when we check out if everything is good at room. Indian breakfast options are also there.. not great but ok ok.

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine. Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht.

Very clean very quiet, good access to the beach. Breakfast is above average and it is vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is rather very expensive and there is no good food options nearby. For example, a bottle of beer is 500% more expensive. If you stay here and want to book day trips, better use online apps. Hotel’s tour desk and booking agents in general in Thailand charge up to 200% more.

We had a good time staying here. The jacuzzi pool was great, the room is quiet and comfortable. Our room has a beautiful beach and ocean view which is amazing. All the staffs are helpful & attentive. In room dining prices are not overpriced. One small comment would be the room slipper is too thin and slippery, so we didn’t use it. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach; everything else is pretty mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, and on the first night, I was given a room at the very end, right by the road. Great location, right next to Patong Beach. There's a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just across the street downstairs. Patong Beach is just a short walk across the road. They have a gym downstairs and a 24-hour laundry room (for a fee). The hotel room a/c did not have a thermostat, once it’s on it won’t stop. We both got sick from this on our second night. The shower head in the shower was broken and falls off every time we turn the water off. Only points straight down. Very bad.. If you’re a big person the toilet is in a very tight space a wall is only inches away. Very overpriced comparing to the other hotels we have visited...

Had a great time at the Resort. It is a good location. The staff were amazing. They were always very helpful and friendly. The pool was fantastic and very refreshing. The rooms was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had everything you would want.

Hotel is very beautiful In terms of all the hardware, building and facilities. The pool is amazing. It somehow feels a-bit of lacking from a 5-star in the small details eg toiletries, mattress and bedding, cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Whilst we had a comfortable stay, I would not be rating this hotel 5 stars. I feel bad saying this, because we did get an amazing upgrade to the family suite, but the toilet barely flushed and the shower head would switch off if you wanted a hot shower. It was a very pleasant time in this hotel. The staff is super friendly, the room was clean and there was everything we needed including mini-kitchen. The breakfast was good but I would add some hot porridge for children, there were only different kinds of muesli with the cold milk.
