The hotel is cheap but poorly maintained. It smells of paint, there isn't enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, the rooms are small and poorly maintained with exposed electrical wires, a tiny television and a CRT that's over twenty years old. But the worst thing is that there are bed bugs in the room , there is also mold on the walls and on the mattress and in 4 days they haven't changed the sheets, cleaned the room, changed the towels, or replenished the lifeguard with essential hygiene products. A real disaster. I don't recommend it. P.S. The photos in the ad are not real and I have more to say, but I'll leave it at that.

we saw ticks and bed bugs, they got into my bed and it’s a nightmare to get rid of them. some plugs were falling out and honestly it’s the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. would rather sleep by the pier than in this hotel

This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. After 2 room changes, we still couldn’t get a room without either a broken bed, a broken bathroom door, a broken Ac unit, or a broken toilet. All the rooms we went to were filthy. If you’re driving, getting to and parking is very difficult with busy, old pedestrian roads having shops on both sides. Would never recommend.

The service was fine. The room was fine and ok for the price. It looks better in the pictures. The shower worked but the shower head fell off so I had to use the hose as a shower. The water pressure was good and the temperature control work well for a nice hot or warm shower to your preference but the bathroom was very small with a toilet next to the shower and no partition or curtain between them. Everything would get wet during a shower. The TV did not work. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and the markets at the port, but did not feel like a very safe place to walk at night due to the dimly lit alleys. I would probably not choose to stay there again but it was fine for one night in an emergency situation. The front desk at night was personable but conversation was difficult without the use of translation apps on my phone.

That hotel was disguisting. Everything was so dirty. Please stay away. First offered room have a women hair in sheet and there was a bed bug. Another room had broken toilet and water is running non stop. Please stay away. In my pillow was someone else public hair. I just stayed there becuase of late arrival

I arrived late at night, exhausted and just needing a few hours of sleep — and even that turned out to be impossible. First, I was given a room where I accidentally stepped on a live invertebrate (something like a slug). Then I discovered the bed sheet was covered in long female hair.

I went to get the receptionist with Grey hair who pretended not to understand English or even my gestures. After insisting, he eventually followed me. I was given a room next door — just as bad, if not worse. There was a pubic hair on the pillow, loud leaking water in the toilet, a broken toilet lid, and filth everywhere. The room was disgustingly dirty. I noticed bedbugs.

I didn’t sleep a single minute due to the noise from bathroom and general discomfort. I had to sleep fully clothed because everything felt so unhygienic and dirty. The shower was filthy too.

This place is simply disgusting. Avoid at all cost.

If you read the reviews, I think you might be afraid but I think otherwise my experience was pretty ok? Like for the price paid, I do feel that the room was decent, the beds were comfortable and the whole check in and check out process was OK!

Like the staff English wasn't that good but google translate does the job. Perhaps this hotel it's a hit and miss type but for me I think it's fine! Do check out the pictures for single room.

The electrical cables were outside the hotel, the hotel was full of insects and I was bitten, I had an allergy and I have been receiving treatment for 1 week, you will see it in the photos.
