Short stay, great team, very courteous and helpful. My only two let downs were 1. Air conditioning was set to hot and couldn’t be changed. 2. Carpet in rooms was stained. The biggest issue with this place is the lack of natural light and proper air circulation. The photos are not accurate; don't fall for them. The room we stayed in (all of them are the same layout) has literally no natural light. You cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. The location is close to the station and easy to access! They clean the room thoroughly every day and replace the towels with clean ones. They also replenish the amenities and water every day, which was really helpful!

Really nice little hotel in Istanbul. Very close to the historic center and hagia Sofia. 5 minutes walk to the water front as well with some nice restaurants nearby. Honestly, the staff were so helpful and kind and accommodation. I woke up with food poisoning on my last day and was due to check out but they gave me water, let me check out late and checked that i got to where i needed to be. We stayed at this hotel in October 2025 for five days. We had a two-room suite. The room had everything we needed, from a fork to an iron, and if we needed anything extra, it was quickly resolved at reception. The reception staff was very helpful, thanks to Alik and Gulnara. The staff were excellent, but there was a problem with the room. The booking website didn't mention windowless rooms, and when I arrived at the hotel and saw that the room I booked was windowless, I objected. The management and staff were very good and solution-oriented people. They gave me a 1+1 room on the upper floor without charging an extra fee.

The location is great, the area is nice, it's on a quiet street, with lots of cafes and shops nearby. The only thing I missed was better lighting in the room. There's always a receptionist. We'll definitely be back.

I have a mixed feelings about this hotel.. I stayed in this hotel in 2022, which was back then nicely renovated - rooms were small, but managable.
