Reviews
The negative review is because I tried to cancel without penalty and the property refused to return my first night amount. So bad service and bed bugs. I also saw some guests arguing with reception when I walked by this place.
Read this before you book.
In my 30+ years of travelling, I have never seen anything as disgusting as this.
Rooms look nothing like the photos. Rooms are full of molds, fungus and smell disgusting. You can't even breath properly. The place needs serious renovation to make habitable for customers. I wouldn't stay there for free as It's extremely unhealthy, kids were coughing from the bad moldy air and I couldn't even sleep all night from the bad smell/air and can't open the window as its unsafe for kids and cold.
I booked for 3 nights, I ended up leaving in 7 hours. It's also not cheap, I paid $370 dollars and lost the money. But no regrets I went and booked somewhere else where it was cheaper price and cleaner. They will also refuse to refund you even if your policy allows partial refund so be very careful.
They hide the mold and fungus behind the wooden cover in bathroom ceiling (shine your phone lights through it and you will be horrified and the cover stickers of the walls.
There are much better and cleaner options than this awful place. Do not waste your money and risk your health.
From Oct 13-Oct 18 Room No: 102
Location is the best its near to everything you may need.
Wifi internet is good .
Cleaning is good.
Breakfast below expectation .
Hotel crew are welcoming and supportive
Rooms: I did my reservation for single room and double room and below is my My experience: -
single room: its very tight and small uncomfortable (at least for me) no window its equals to coffin. And i was not able to stay in the room for more than 10min, so i changed it to double room.
Double room: Its much better its equal to Room in normal hotel.
I recommend it for the travelers looking for suitable place to sleep.
The rooms are smaller than what is shown in the photos. Although having old furniture is not a big issue, but the serious problem is the cleanliness and tidiness of the place.
We booked a room and when arrived, we were given a different and smaller room where the washroom has plumbing issues. Sound insulation was awful, during the first night we could not sleep and we had to change the room the next day. That was a bit of a hassle. The breakfast buffet was not good, food is not fresh, no much variety, and many items are tasteless.
We lost three days of our vacation because we chose this hotel! If there is less than one star, I would choose it. The rooms are small, The furniture is worn out, the bathroom has a bad odor and is not clean, the water pressure is insufficient, and there was a water leaking from shower the hand sink had some broken areas, and no blankets are provided. The front desk staff is unpleasant and impolite after long discussion and wast of time, they changed our room for other one lettel better than the first one . They made our stay uncomfortable.
The breakfast was a mess! We suffered tummy pains after the first day and decided not to eat breakfast there again. It is not clean, cold and not fresh at all, and there are no options. The restaurant has nearly no air conditioning, so you will feel as if you are in an oven! The coffee corner in the room was empty when we checked in, and whenever you requested something such as blanket or more pillows, they either refused or claimed that it was not available
!There is no isolation, and the hotel is incredibly noisy, especially the ones on the ground level near the reception; you will never be able to sleep if they assign you one of those rooms. The hotel's bed and pillows are really uncomfortable.
The lighting in the room is inadequate, and some of it does not work. The televisions are really small!
Even if there location are good but there is a lot of other options near by and have better quality and services with the same price per night.
There are numerous additional difficulties they have, thus the conclusion is (DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION).
