Stayed here for 12 days. Modern clean rooms, friendly staff, housekeeping staff are always punctual and does a great job cleaning your room. The restaurant on site also has a friendly courteous staff and the food is super delicious. Friendly greeters upon entering the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for five days. At first, they gave me a room that was right next to another building, even though I had booked a room with a city view. There was constant noise coming from the guests in the room next door. After complaining twice, I was finally moved to a room on the fifth floor, where there were no more issues.
The breakfast is good, and the hotel staff are very friendly. The location is central, about a 10-minute walk from Şişli Mecidiyeköy subway station. There are several small kiosks and supermarkets nearby. I’d recommend this hotel for a business stay. Most of the guests were from Arab countries; unfortunately, some of them were extremely loud and often disrespectful toward both the staff and other guests.

We stayed at the holidays inn, service was amazing, we asked for a early checkin and it was organised with no problem also we got a late check out. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and relaxing bed, a choice of pillows if need. The location was perfect for us for our over night stay, restruants and a mall in walking distance. We will stay here again again. The lady on reception was so welcoming Ms Burcu, and it was lovely to see the friendly faces ofSelguk and Emra.

Overal hotel is good and keeping up with international Holiday Inn standards BUT i choose this hotel because it promised me Sauna, Pool and Hamam. But when i arrived and went to the Pool only pool was open but sauna and Hamam was off, and personel made excuse that today spa is closed because they lost a key to start it up )

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent—close to both the metro station and bus stops. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it’s a great value for the price. The only downside is that traffic noise can be heard at times, but it didn’t affect my stay too much.
