Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfasts are good, and the Italian restaurant on the 21st floor offers a great selection of Italian dishes with an extensive bar menu. Do note that on the top floors, you can feel a draft from the windows during strong winds, so some window adjustments might be needed.

This was the best hotel we ever found in instanbul after trying so many, we will come back here again and again and the gym was awesome. Even the roof top bar and the sushi resto was perfect. My friend and I recently stayed at the Gorrion hotel and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I’d like to shine the light on an employee named Can. He truly went above and beyond in making sure all of our needs were met. Going out of his way ensuring we were treated like family. His kindness and generosity are truly unmatched and I will definitely be returning to stay where Can is employed.

We stayed at this hotel after missing our flight, and it was a great experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us with a wonderful room and arranging a taxi. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a luxurious bathroom. Everything was perfect—five stars! Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is located in front of Bosphorus Strait, and very convenient access to the ferry port and the metro stration. Since I used the Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (SAW), it took about only one hour from the airport to the hotel by using Metro, without worrying about traffic jams. I had easy access to the Old town side by using the ferry.

Although we love the location and the hotel itself! There are buts!!! It is incredibly annoying that hotel management outsources parking services to third-party people! It seems like the minute you drive in, the Valet Parking guys are chasing you to pay almost as high as 10% of the overnight rate just for parking!!! This is a good holiday inn. Room and bed was excellent, clean and tidy. Excellent house keeping. Shower was very good and clean. Food was good at dinner and breakfast. Service was good at checking although I did get double charged do breakfast but this was resolved without fuss. Location is easy to find but traffic in this area is bad at peak times. I only stayed there one night due to a long layover at the airport. It was a very nice hotel. I did not have time to check it out very well or use any services. Located in the European new business district, we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, looking quite exhausted. The front desk staff saw how tired we were and let us check in immediately. There was another customer complaining but he seemed quite agitated - this put us on edge as we were made to wait besides this customer and our check in took longer than usual (compared to other hotels).
