Staff were very courteous and the room was clean and spacious enough for two. Not very many food options on site but in walking distance to a lot of options. Keep in mind that the standard room does not have a window. I did have to pay extra for a room with a window during check-in.

The hotel is at an amazing location meters away from the metro station and from all main sights. The view from the suite is incredible, you can see everything from Bosphorus to Galata Tower right from your room.
