I bought a subscription for a year to this hotel's gym. I am so happy for that because gym is so hygienic. It is always clean. Mr.Kazım and Mrs.Nur always pay attention to us. Quiet and sanitary environment

Room cleaning was yuck two days without mugs and coffee bags. Body shampoo ran out it took two days until they refilled.  the bed was not that comfortable. I am currently staying in the surmeli hotel istanbul. When you enter the hotel, you can smell a very pungent and sewage smell. In breakfast, water was leaking from the roof. The staff are quite friendly. The rooms have very dull lighting and it can feel quite claustrophobic because it's a round building. The food was basic, not what you would expect, same thing eveyday.

This is not in a touristy neighborhood. I chose this because it was closer to where I had some business to take care of. Staff needs to be little more friendly and perhaps smile especially room service staff. Housekeeping was great. Bar is totally dead. I was there for 4 nights and never saw anyone at the bar having a drink.

Reviewing the F&B team working on 21/9/25 - the morning staff are very accommodating. We dont eat beef and they were kind enough to get us french fries and hot chocolate upon request as we dont take beef.
