I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful and there were cats and kittens in the garden of the restaurant! The only thing I didn't like was the air conditioning unit in my room, which was a bit weak and the room got very hot at midday. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would stay there again.

Overall a pretty great experience. We knew what we were coming to, they advertise exactly what it is! They are used to any odd request at housekeeping and room service, English varies depending on the individual but they are very kind and happy to assist. Shout out to Esma for being so helpful with the room service and running to get whatever we needed while recovering from surgery!

I got here because my flight was delayed, and this hotel was assigned to me for overnight stay. The room was spacious and decent; although I’m a solo traveller, I was given a 3-person room, which was great. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant. The variety of food was very limited and some dishes were not hot enough.

We got connecting rooms which were comfortable.. But the dinner was not too great but has a good breakfast. The location is a little inconvenient and takes about 40 mins to the blue mosque and hagia Sophia. Staff is helpful.

My sister and I was assigned a 2 bedroom apartment it actually fit for up to 4 people. The unit is spacious for sure, equipped with washing machine, stove, fridge, dining table. It's great for family. The only thing need attention is the cigarette smell in the bedroom. Some of the people in my group tour mentioned the same thing about the cigarette smell. Other than that, it's pretty okay!

From the moment we walked in the room, we immediately knew we made the right choice. All thanks to Elif for taking into consideration details we requested. Our stay felt like home away from home. We enjoyed breakfast, free car parking, gym had the required basics, access to taxi at all times. A definite recommendation for stay either on business or vacation and with family.

I genuinely enjoy the view from my 30th floor room. There is a complicated highway interchange below and watching it is calming. My housekeeper, Sibel, did an excellent job cleaning my room and she was very considerate while doing so. Murat and boran where is extremely helpful at the auto Perla Hotel they are excellent in English language and they help with me with beauty center services and even service services outside the hotel. They let me know that there is a free face massage and the face care session for woman, and they were always available at the front desk with a bright smile thank you for making my stay super nice!

Booked for a friend, went there to visit him and met him at the reception complaining, his room was changed 4 times on one night.

Small changes can be done which makes huge difference, such as breakfast, tea and coffee products in room (no milk provided).

Staff were very courteous and the room was clean and spacious enough for two. Not very many food options on site but in walking distance to a lot of options. Keep in mind that the standard room does not have a window. I did have to pay extra for a room with a window during check-in.
