That was 4th time that I stayed in this hotel. Everything is perfect and staff are helpful and brilliant. Room was absolutely clean and it is really worth the money you paid.

The hotel is tired, located centrally, not far from the metro. Breakfast is normal. The inside pool was cold in winter. Cleaning is decent.

Quiet and sanitary environment

Excellent, reasonable price, nice environment, and the breakfast is superb.

Room cleaning was yuck two days without mugs and coffee bags. Body shampoo ran out it took two days until they refilled.  the bed was not that comfortable. I really loved the Shangri-La atmosphere; it blended Chinese artistic flair with French creamy elegance. Combined with the view from the window, it felt tranquil and pleasant, yet full of charm. What disappointed me was the poor character of the staff at the front desk who handled check-in. They used cunning Turkish scams on customers they were supposed to serve. This wasn't just a lack of professionalism

The location is amazing as I have stayed here before, unfortunately no AC in the hotel and the room cleaning was not done to a high level, with the bathroom bin left on the toilet seat and no complimentary water left.

The rooms were spacious and excellent, with a beautiful view, but the windows were not clean. There were no utensils in the kitchen, and we had to pay 250 lira for plates and dishes. Most of the washing machines in the laundry room were not working. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the pool was also very good.
