Good and modern hotel spacious room space and good location; could be better if the breakfast option is more flexible

The location of the hotel is excellent. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the reception staff were friendly. The room service attendant was outstanding-very friendly with my daughter and extremely helpful, which made our family stay more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Overall, I have no complaints about my stay.

Very close to the airport shuttle bus stop, which was the main reason I chose it. The breakfast was plentiful, but there were quite a lot of people.

The rooms are quite spacious, and the lobby is a bit larger than typical hotels, with quite a few Chinese tourists. The front desk provides ice water. The location is very convenient, close to the bus station for easy travel to and from the airport.

The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent! The location is great too; you can easily walk to the square or the pedestrian street. If you need the subway, it's about a 10-minute walk. The hotel even has its own sports bar downstairs with good food and a nice atmosphere, plus there are plenty of small restaurants nearby.

Close to the Metro on the Asian side. Only 500 m away it’s the largest bookshop of Istanbul. Don’t miss that. 

Clean, 2 nice pools, exceptional service, delicious breakfast buffet, safe underground parking. We had a few special requests upon check in and they helped us be as comfortable as possible. I stayed at Sheraton Esenyurt and overall the hotel is nice, but I had some issues with the service. Some of the reception staff spoke in an unfriendly or slightly rude way, which was uncomfortable. Although I have paid for the room while booking as taxes and fees included , they got my credit card details during check-in if I would use minibar or order meals etc. After check-out I reached them by phone they said they charged “5% service charge” to my credit card !!!!
