Negative point: there was a young boy at the bar the whole time with his phone in his hand. Was unfriendly and not hospitable. Found it uncomfortable to be approached by a man for a massage in the Hamam

stayed here at least 5 times all of them when i was under 12 years old nice staff, although the waiters back then would hit on me at times pool was good food was good (still dreaming about that rice pudding and the chocolate cake they would serve with coffee, nothing like it) my family loved to drink mini disco time is forever will return one day

What a place on the Turkish Riviera where nothing runs on time, but once you don't care you see this gem on Cleopatra's beach

In my opinion, a great hotel for the money. The room is spacious and surprisingly quiet. Surprisingly, because there is a rather noisy pub on the ground floor.

Liked a lot: own beach with chaiselongs and bar, breakfast just at the seaside with sunrise, beautiful design and clean everywhere, nice swimming pools, always delicious food. Everyone very cheerful and helpful

All drinks are free (whiskey, rum, vodka, beer, wine), there is even champagne!!! Coffee from the machine, cola, fanta, sprite, free cocktails Sex on the beach, Mohito, etc. Every day at 3 pm by the pool

There were enough food and drinks at the pool lobby and beach bar. The beach has coarse sand and the sea suddenly gets deep. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel also provides transportation to the beach

We vacationed at Miarosa Konakli Garden from 2025. 22, we travel a lot and are not very pretentious travelers. Good hotel, clean rooms (we lived in 1004 and 1036), helpful staff, good and varied food

The only drawback is the lack of sunbeds on the beach

However, we only had to lie on the ground once :) A very big + for the hotel: the transfer home to the airport was at 5 pm, the rooms had to be vacated by 12 am, but no one took the bracelet off, and at the reception they said that we could use everything until departure

This hotel is exactly as advertised on their website or Booking. The location is amazing as it’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street with shops is also on your doorstep

I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

But the day before my departure I got food poisoning and spent my last day in the room, close to the toilet hoping I will be well enough for my flight the next day in the morning

This is a nice hotel, the location is great, the sea is warm and the beach is just across the street. Food is delicious, a bit repetitive but there is always something for everyone

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

The pool was clean and my daughter managed to use it one day we were there. The hotel is roughly ten mins in a car from Antalya and there is not a huge amount for you to do in the area

Although it was out of season in the hotel lobby was packed and sometimes you struggle to get seats and had to sit in the little patisserie area

I had difficulty making the large shower head work but overall it has a large bathroom and also plenty of space for your things. The buffet was boring and repetitive and can’t say I rated the food much

I was able to locate my phone on my daughter’s iPad and it was fortunately at the Taxi rank. They were able to call the taxi man and good enough within an hour and a half

Stayed here 25 - 27/02 -25 Perfect accommodation for those who want to live near the sea for a week or two when the heat returns. Also suitable as a transit hotel for 1 - 2 nights during the off-season

We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around

You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools

I give the hotel a high rating, despite the fact that it is quite modest. We stayed for a week in a standard room with a terrace and a view of the pool

The hygiene in the hotel is excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day, the children's pool, the hotel beach are always tidy, and the employees really take care of it

Wifi in the hotel costs €2 per day (per room), but since we spent the least amount of time in the room, we bought an internet card from a local operator. The food is solid, but varied

In the room there was water, shampoo and soap, towels, air conditioning, a mini fridge and an old TV, which we did not use

They were spacious and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has a pool, spa, fitness center and a pretty nice beach bar

The hotel is facing the sea, which was convenient, but they don't have their own beach so you have to pay, and unfortunately it was quite dirty. If you can, go to Kleopatra Beach instead

There was a small issue with our first room, but after reporting it to the reception, it was quickly resolved — we got a new room with a stunning view of the sea and the castle on the Alanya peninsula

There was no beach bar, which the hotel explained was due to the end of the season, but there were free soft drinks dispensers available, so that made up for it

We also want to mention a particular young man who worked mainly at the pool bar – he was incredibly helpful and kind, a real credit to the hotel

Cons: main pool is a bit cold (october); meal menu is always the same; a-la-carte restaurant is barely available (if you don't instantly ask about it at the reception when you arrive, you can forget about getting the service); paid services are provided without a receipt; every time you order the same signature cocktail you'll get something you didn't expect - could be better or could be much worse...

2 nice pools, always a wide choice of food at the buffet (the same reliable options every day aswell as different new things every day), the spa (for an extra price) was also one of the best ones I've been to but also the cheapest one! The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the mountains, the neighbourhood and the sea

The only big downside is the little shops/salons inside the resort that have workers that harras you to buy product/services from them every time you walk past them to the pool

(And is about 30 minutes away by transfer/taxi) But if you are looking for an all-in resort experience on a tighter budget that is still fun, clean and relaxing I would highly recommend choosing hotel Michell as the good definitely outways the bad here

They are very abrasive and even offensive at times (saying your hair/eyebrows look bad and need their services), this really takes away from the luxury and relaxing vibe when you dread seeing them

The city of Alanya is also a sad sight, completely ruined by resort tourism sadly

Beach is not to large and quality of equipment is not good, there are some broken things there Overall: Comparing this hotel price with other 5* hotels this was what I expected. This hotel deserves 4* rating

Well after booking we read the reviews and we're a bit worried. We are here now and all I can say is people moan about anything. It's a nice hotel good rooms lots of space

Staff do speak very good English and are very friendly. The food is plentiful and if there is nothing there you like then there's something wrong with you, I'm a picky eater and there was always something I could eat

I stayed in Alanya at the Grand Okan Hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, and I stayed there for almost a month

The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea, and they have everything they need for food: meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. The staff is fantastic, from the cleaning lady to the manager

We were all delighted with the outstanding quality and variety of the food, the friendliness of all the staff from General Manager Amanda to the restaurant and bar staff, who could not have done more to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the dinner

Nothing was too much trouble for them. All this in a cheerful Christmas atmosphere with decorated tree, carols and mulled wine

I stayed here in 2019 and I'll be back! I loved everything! The grounds are large and beautiful, and the sea is right next to me! The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily! The food is delicious and varied, with a huge selection! A huge thank you to the animation team; they'll never let you get bored! There's something new and interesting every day! I recommend it to everyone!

Jet skis, parasailing is also on the beach there. Generally the hotel is nice and beautiful. Go there now! To Alanya can be reached by bus - 20 minutes drive
