There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

The food is really good and served hot unlike when you eat out at other restaurants with lots of people. I will definitely come back to this hotel

Small family hotel with simple rooms, simple but nice Turkish food and pleasant service, near the centre of Alanya town and very nice beach Cleopatra.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, and most speak English well enough (those who don't, speak Russian). We had two rooms, both were meant to be doubles, but because of some mix up we were given a triple room

A cute modest hotel in a great location. Those who came looking for luxury have gone in the wrong direction, even though they were aware that it is a 3-star hotel. Stuff is very friendly and always smiling

The room is wonderful: there is always water, cleaning is constant, they didn’t provide soap and shampoo, but we didn’t need it (I love everything that’s mine , so no complaints) The food for a three-star hotel is very good, there were 2-3 types of meat

Hatipoglu renovated The hotel was renovated throughout, clean and the food was tasty. The second bed was in the middle of the room, but it was already the end of the tourist season

Very good price-quality ratio. However, we requested a room with a sea view and paid extra for it, but did not receive it. The trees in the street are so high that you have to be on the fifth floor to see the sea

Not a problem in itself, but do not sell them as rooms with a sea view. For the rest, the hotel's location is very good, close to the shops and the beautiful Kleopatra beach

I really liked the hotel! There are practically no Russians. The staff doesn’t speak Russian, except for the girl at the reception. The staff is polite and smiling

It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. The hotel is small, everyone knew each other, it was nice and cozy

We came twice and both times we were very satisfied. The owner of the hotel, Cengiz Bey, is relevant and friendly. They do everything to make the guests comfortable

Hotel has own beach bar with soft drinks n food while u stay at beach. Location good just 10 mins to Alanya by bus. Very sad had to leave and definitely revisit soon. Well worth it for price I paid

Overall, it was a relaxing holiday as there was a lovely beach literally on the hotel grounds (the sea was a bit rough), the pool on the grounds was nice

Each room has a bit of sea view. Nice service and really good food. Just few minutes from beach. You can go directly from room to beach just in swimming suits 👍🏻 free sun chair at the pool

4: We were on the 4th floor the lift broke down my mum has a knee impairment there were no handrails to assist her to get up and down the stairs she was restricted to the room because she has a fear of falling

6: On the way to breakfast there was a make shift ramp to get to the restaurant area where the breakfast was being served. This is very dangerous because there is no rail or nothing to hold onto

5: People smoke in restaurants, rooms, reception,balcony there are no restrictions therefore there is no equality you should not have to inhale nicotine having a meal

2: When we reached to the hotel at 12:40am the man at reception was not welcoming, we were not offered a bottle of water or a sandwich after having a long journey

We had a very sweet time at ozugur bey with my husband 😍. We went for turkish bath with my husband it was our first time. But it's was super 👌 cool and relaxing

The area around the hotel has many shopping streets, and there's a Migros supermarket conveniently close by

Staff at this place is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and knows english very well

The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away, and umbrellas and sun loungers are available. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but we easily found street parking. Breakfast is offered for an additional fee

The furniture is a bit outdated, but overall everything was good. The room was spacious with a balcony and a small drying rack — very convenient for drying clothes. The pool was a good size and never too crowded

And who really wants to eat well? I am very satisfied with the varied offer of the buffet table. the food is delicious, there is no coffee in half of Europe where I have been. you are going on vacation and sightseeing

Location perfect, atmosphere too 👍😁, rooms are not big BUT very good furnished, lots of places to put ur things. Cleaning is ok, we loved it here will come back.

We stayed at this hotel for seven days, we arrived after 3am and was told we can upgrade fir an extra 4000 lira then was told there’s only only double bed in the room although I booked this holiday a while ago for me and my mum aside from that I should of changed my room after the first day as the shower drain ran very slow, the aircon was faulty our room was very warm compared to other room my sister...

The shops and restaurants and supermarket are all within walking distance and the beach, you also pay for beach chairs between 4 or 5 euros depending on who h beach restaurant you go too

Our hotel room was clean, adequate and the balcony had just enough room to allow us to sit and have a great view of both the Ahmet Tokus Boulevard and the sea

The hotel's most outstanding feature has to be the Nabucco Restaurant! The views overlooking Alanya Harbour are fantastic - you couldn't wish to breakfast (or have dinner!) anywhere else

As for the area, it was very close to the beach, but be careful as we both badly hurt our feet at cleopatra beach as the rocks are very sharp, however the OCCO beach club nearby was amazing and cheap with clean pool water,DJ and sun bed service

Be careful with these places, as they will try to charge you way more than the original price and if you decide you don’t want to buy anything they may start to get aggressive. *photos of beach and beach pool club

The bar only included a limited selection of alcohol we could have on the all inclusive , everything else was extra, and as for someone who doesn’t like strong spirts or beer, this was quite disappointing

It was most likely mistaken as rubbish as it was in a plastic bag however the maid should have been more vigilant and we received no compensation from the hotel and we were told they couldn’t do anything about it

The 2nd beach was fine but was not nearly as popular and was near the party boat docks. There is lots of shops and restaurants around

The pool was very small and the water stung my partners eyes, not sure why, but not ideal for people who enjoy the pool or kids

There are small local markets just outside the hotel, and the beach is only a short walk away. The variety of food and desserts was quite good and offered plenty of choices

In the hotel, there is also a juice machine service mango, apple, orange juice and more although personally I did not try it throughout my stays. A coffee machine is also available which you can use by yourself

We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive our wristbands right away, allowing us to enjoy all the hotel facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

We paid €10 for one device for a week. If you have more than one device that you are wishing to connect to the internet you must pay another €10 extra for each device as each connection is only for one device

(3 devices for example would be €30 for one week). I had noticed people complaining about this on the reviews, but hey what are you expecting. It’s a 4-star hotel which is extremely cheap for its facilities

The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are always clean and have clean towels every single day. No problems at all with the shower; if you want to shower with hot water you’ve got it

Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time by city construction work outside so their scheduling was out of their control and I was able to be refunded the remaining 2 days very pleasantly

I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that

This hotel is adequate, clean and the staff is responsive and very helpful

The shower, or rather the shower head, is so old that it's clogged and the water comes out of various gaps in the connections, not through the holes. The safe in the room is open and there are no keys

So, we had a wonderful holiday. The pools, aqua park, restaurant, and staff were all excellent. The only downside was the sea. It was incredibly rocky and wavy

Definetly will do this one more time while I'm here. You are being guided step by step, first relax in a salt room, then 2 kinds of saunas with a lovely bubble bath in between. Felt sooo good! Also you get a face mask

The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge. But around the property you can find shopping center and resturants

Hotel was not full so it was quiet and peaceful and we were able to make use of the games room indoor pool a spa area. Prices are good compared to outside prices. Thank you for a nice get away

If you know what you want, you can't be dissatisfied. It's a quiet and relaxing hotel. There's no children's entertainment or evening activities. I wasn't looking for those when I went anyway

I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome

Because at the end of 2024 the hotel changed ownership and was renovated. We found out about this on vacation. We were on vacation for 2 weeks in July. Our room was cozy, with good air conditioning and sea views

Best hotel even to stay and enjoy the sea, i had room with sea view and with balcony and it was incredible

We stayed in a sea view room, which was comfortable for two people and had everything we needed, including a small fridge, kettle, and air conditioning

Breakfast had a reasonable selection, though not very much, and especially limited for children. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful — I booked excursions and a car rental through them without any problems

The location is excellent: just a two-minute walk to the beach with free sunbeds and towels, and about 15–20 minutes to the center of Alanya. There are also many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby

I would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation close to both the sea and the city center

  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros

 His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing

In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel

I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room

I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5

He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me

Food is big advantage in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally snacks at the pool during the day. Room is spacious and looks fresh. Doors could be soundproof but that is not a big deal

There are different options to get to the city center of Alanya: Taxi or bus. When you take the bus line 1 at the main road you pay 9. If you want to safe money, you can buy the KentKart at different supermarkets

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect right in front of the coast with easy access to everything. The staff were all very kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist

Bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in but after we pointed it out, it got cleaned immediately. We could see the sea from the balcony. The staff at the reception was very friendly

It's a cheap hotel, okay for a short stay. Sea is in walking distance, also a few small shops for basic needs

I stayed in this hotel for a week in the end of June 2025, I arrived from Sweden. Location was absolutely the best, close to my favorite beach nr 1 (I’ve been to Alanya many times)

Nearby is a great Migros store where you can buy whatever you need for local prices. The only minus was a weak AC, you pay extra for it and it does take at least an hour to cool the entire room

But all in all I loved my holiday, such a cool nice place, thank you to all the staff and I hope that the little Coal (hotel black kitten, I think in Turkish her name is Kömür) is doing well!

Single room with a large bed, not cramped, has a table and chair, refrigerator, wardrobe. The plumbing and shower are new. Wonderful staff, they will always give you advice if needed

A really nice place at the center of the town. The customer service is perfect, they find solutions for everything. It has elevator and ramps , also everything is clean. We wish to visit this place again.

We have just left Park Hotel, we stayed in room 409. First i want to say that we have enjoyed our stay in the Hotel, it has been fully refurbished and modernised. Its also very very clean and safe

Its in a great location where everything is minutes away, The food in the hotel was also great, the Breakfast included was ok for us, its not great by any means but it was fine for the 3 of us

Rooms and pool area are well taken care of. Relaxing and quiet time with other guests (mostly from Nordic countries). Walking distance: harbour and Kleopatra beach

My room was on the 4th floor, it has an amazing sea view, but it doesn't fit 2 people, it is small, couldn't place big bags, but overall it was clean and nice

I also want to note that the hotel is located in an ideal location, everything is within walking distance, wonderful staff also work in the pool

The room with sea view and balcony was so beutiful and I loved the music from the beach/pool club outside. The pool-area attached to the hotel had over class service, beautiful beach and great food and drinks

The sea view room I stayed in had a gorgeous view, and since we were two people, the size of the room was ok for us

I would like to thank Gökhan and Laura first of all, they create comfort with their presence, when you get to this hotel you plunge into the care of these workers, they will do everything possible for you and even more, everywhere we pay for the service, but there is no such attitude towards customers nowhere

Will for sure come back to just this place, recommend to all couples or young people thats want to have a fantastic vacation! Also the little kitten in the lobby was to die for!!
