When there was a problem,they reacted fast to solve it. The pool was clean and the housekeeping in our room was there everyday. The rooms are completely modernized. The beach is reachable in just a few minutes

It's a budget hotel, nothing too fancy, but still more than a bargain for what they offer

Negative point: there was a young boy at the bar the whole time with his phone in his hand. Was unfriendly and not hospitable. Found it uncomfortable to be approached by a man for a massage in the Hamam

Room was well maintained and bright and fresh. All the staff were very proffesional and had a really nice spa and hamam.

The food was good, despite it being low season. Plenty of choice and taste was good. The room was also as desired and everything is clean and tidy

Good hotel and excellent location

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Throughout our stay all the members of staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Special mentions to Mustafa and Ebra (there were more but we didn’t get there names)

it was very cold but we did go at the beginning of the season. The pool with the slides where a fun touch which was enjoyed by all. There was a very small shallow pool for children and a park and children centre

This hotel is exactly as advertised on their website or Booking. The location is amazing as it’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street with shops is also on your doorstep

I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

There is little market shop as a part of hotel complex, with very cheap magnets, cigarettes and designer bags

I was welcomed by my agent Gizem (booked this holiday via Loveholiday) she gave me great tips on trips and I tried cheap safari and paragliding! Amazing! The food in the hotel is nice they cook different variety for lunches and slightly change up the dinners and breakfast too

I would probably be cautious about eating chicken… or maybe I wasn’t lucky

What makes this hotel truly special is that it’s for everyone—no matter if you’re young or old, you will definitely find joy here. For me, the highlight of the stay was without a doubt the animation team

I recommend to try their Turkish Bath and massage! Amazing!! Near the Hotel we had everything - stores, restaurant, bars, agencies where we bought trips, bus stop to take to Center of Alanya

A good hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located almost on the first line of the sea, from which it is separated only by tennis and volleyball courts

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

The entrance is a bit hidden, the taxi driver had to check with people in the area before found the hotel's door. That's all we can see from the street. I went there in April, the sea was closed

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

For example, under the bed in our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty dishes sat in the hallway for at least two days. The hallways felt neglected, even though the pool area was spotless

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

One of the best Hotels in Alanya. The best one from Tosmur region. Great place for families and young couples. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problems, great staff, great food. Strongly recomand. 👍

Sultan beach is right infront of the hotel, very clean and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets in the evening. Restaurants, tour guides , clothes shops and food supermarkets are all on a straight path

The beer, wines and spirits are cheap if you go half board. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with regular room cleaning and beds are comfy with air conditioning in the rooms

Is the most dirty place that i have ever seen, starting with the food that is disgusting, with the dishes that are not cleaned, even to thr chairs you can't sit from all the dirty thst they have

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The rooms needed a little more maintenance and were a bit lacking in cleanliness. The sea view was truly captivating

I had a wonderful stay at Kleopatra Beach Hotel! The location is perfect, just steps from the sea, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The food was tasty with plenty of variety each day

The only downside was the behavior of some Russian guests, who were extremely rude and grabbing food and chairs as if they were in the movie The Platform — but that’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s just the rudeness of certain people

Our room was cleaned every day, the location is excellent, and when it comes to food, the selection is large. I don’t eat salads with mayonnaise (so maybe that’s why I didn’t have any issues at all)

The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kleopatra beach before 3pm which I thought was very helpful. For excursions I would recommend to visit the store opposite the hotel

Our stay at Villa Sunflower was very pleasant and relaxing. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff very friendly, and everything was clean and well organized

So, don't trust the service staff. You can rent the safe in your room for the day; otherwise, they don't take responsibility for lost items. The hotel has a beach, but there's a charge for sun loungers and umbrellas

When we checked in, they gave us a room in a different building. It still belongs to the hotel, but it seems like it was added later. The hotel waiters are friendly and understanding, and the food is decent

The pool isn't allowed after 7:00 PM. When I returned the day I checked out and told them I forgot my charger, they weren't very attentive. After I insisted, they called someone to ask and said it wasn't in my room

I'd also like to point out one thing: don't expect the same level of service from a hotel like the Rixos. Yes, it's better, but it's also much more expensive

all great tasty dishes and food design comfortable bed with nice sheets and the nice spacious room room was cleaned when i wanted and if i needed to be do not disturb they were modest to ask for any need i had staff is excellent and well trained

I stayed in Alanya at the Grand Okan Hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, and I stayed there for almost a month

The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea, and they have everything they need for food: meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. The staff is fantastic, from the cleaning lady to the manager

The hotel and my room were clean, comfortable, and had view of the sea and the castle

The chefs always put delicious food for dinner, much more special than what you find in the town

coming to Alanya almost 20 years. Friend of ours from Germany Heinz is coming to this hotel for many many years and because he was friends with staff and management we went there to eat on invitation last autumn

The road to the sea takes 5 minutes along a quiet street. The beach is not very clean, unfortunately, the people who visit the beach are not clean

The food is various and delicious. The animations are incredible. The service was very nice and friendly. The hotel is near the beach and has underground passage. At all the beach is really big and clean

But I will note something important for myself - the animators were not at all intrusive and not irritating, thank you to them for that!
