Mahmut Kakim — a gem in the restaurant. My father had no shortage of questions (bless him), and Mahmut answered every single one with patience and genuine care

He is so observant that before you even realise something is missing, he’s already taken care of it. Kind, warm-hearted, and the kind of person who makes dinner feel like something to look forward to every single night

Will top up your glasses and refill desserts before you realise. Adar — helpful at all hours, always on hand with great advice no matter what time of day it was. Helped us locate coffee and snacks late at night

He really tried his best to explain everything — truly appreciated. Hataci — the sweetest smile and always so helpful. Selim — a warm and welcoming presence at reception, always there when you needed him

Ada — always helpful and reliable, and someone you could count on whenever you needed assistance. And the team as a whole? Huge smiles, always helpful, always present. Beyond the staff — the hotel itself is excellent

It gets a bit messy with the minimalistic furniture. The volume of the music during the evening show was maybe necessarily loud. Overall, we absolutely loved the place, can't wait to come back next year

what the hotel doesn’t tell you until you arrive? Is that the restaurants on site are only usable once during your Stay No not each restaurant once it’s one one of the 2 restaurants ONCE it really annoyed me as a reason we booked the hotel was a choice of two restaurants

Rooms were kept clean and towels changed every day although it seems that the do not disturb sign can be ignored (I would recommend that as they are a sustainable hotel they may want to avoid unnecessary laundry eg ask visitors to put used towels to be replaced in the bath or shower) again as it is a sustainable hotel the air conditioning cannot go below 24

We stayed here recently with adult relatives and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and modern in a good area with lots of shops nearby. Staff are attentive and professional, happy to go the extra mile

There is a private beach area but unfortunately the sunbeds are all covered with non adjustable sun covers so no good for sunbathing although there was a small area to the rear with adjustable umbrellas

The swimming pool is a good size for swimming but we were surprised to note that there are no poolside showers for hygiene and glasses were used rather than plastic cups for safety

Overall we were very happy with our stay and the only negative was the poor preparation of cocktails, I'm sure this can easily be improved on

From the people precisely I want to thank starting from room service Hatice, waiters Ibrahim, Yakup, Ahmet Can, in seacost tireless Mehmet, lifeguard Burak, and all the serviceman they were all wonderful indeed to me and my family

This is quite a large hotel, we are usually there off peak and typically 50 % occupancy so fully occupied might be different. Road access is easy with frequent busses to the surrounding towns and Roman sites

Dining is usually busy but the staff cope; a wide selection and usually a carvery too gives choice, the desert section that is nearly as big as the hot food area offers rather too much choice

Change is hard to get, $ bills and UK notes best imported. The ATM takes Sterling notes and gives excellent rates, Make large purchases as rounding errors on eg £20 spoils the rate offered

It was just one to remember till the end!! Starting from room was perfect, the meal was wonderful, the nature and landscape was facinating, the restaurants were very fast and qualitative in service, also the pool and sea was outstanding

The local pharmacy is usually open on holidays. The excellent local hospital provides care we in the UK can only dream about at acceptable prices

I felt like a king! :) Don't like the sea? No problem, the pool was just as warm! Clean! And the staff provided drinks! Snacks at the bar served all afternoon. I think I gained 15 kilos after one week

😆 The friendly cats roaming the grounds added a lovely touch – they never begged for food but were always around to greet us. The hotel also offers plenty of activities and events, so there’s never a dull moment

The Hotel is simply top! The rooms are very nice and clean. The food is in its diversity of very varied there is something for everyone. Also at the very nice beach there for Lunch Buffet with free drinks

I had an amazing stay at Calimera! The rooms were clean and cleaned every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile

⚠️ Girls, if you are young and traveling alone, or even with your family (apparently this doesn’t stop them), be very cautious! Avoid their parties as much as possible, especially Efe's parties where he will even take your phone to leave reviews on German platforms without your consent

Animation team: Last year the animators were respectful and did their job properly, but this year it was the complete opposite. Both my sister and I received numerous indecent proposals from members of the animation team

Final thoughts: The animators become vulgar and even borderline aggressive if you don’t fall for their pickup attempts. They are neither supervised nor restricted, so be prepared for shocking and inappropriate questions

” After refusing several times, he got annoyed and spoke disrespectfully to my sister. My advice: never accept another room than the one you actually paid for, no matter if it seems bigger or has a better view

Cleanliness: We did not request housekeeping during our stay, yet the staff cleaned our room every day, and it was always spotless. The cleaning staff were very kind and professional

Even though we politely refused, they insisted in a very inappropriate and sleazy manner. The only ones who behaved professionally were Romeo and Yusuf

  Food is plentiful and a good variety but it does get busy. But there were flies on the bread, pastries, fruits and desserts. We really liked the dessert bar serving drinks, cakes and ice cream

It does what it says, rooms are decent, although bit small, the hotel is very clean and kept to a good standard, the food is also variable so at least you get a bit of a choice, walking distance to the beach but for lazy people it does have a hotel shuttle bus, you can get drinks and food on the beach, it has its own area

Rooms are spotless clean and  so are the pools. AC in room is great and Wi-Fi works all the time. Mini fridge is stocked with water, juice and soft drinks. TV had only 3 channels in English

Rooms are cleaned every day and Fatima our cleaner was lovely and did a really good job. Buffet restaurant service is very good with waiters cleaning tables quickly

This hotel is amazing. Staff go above & beyond for you. Rooms are spacious & very clean. The food is impeccable, something for all taste buds.

This isn't a reflection of the hotel and staff as it was spotless, but unfortunately coming home feeling like i have been in a 90s time warp due to the guests. Side town centre which is gorgeous and well worth a visit

Our stay in Paloma Orenda was truly amazing. and very relaxing atmosphere and all sorts of activities. If you get tired laying on the sun beds. Zumba was the top activity we attended

Enjoyed our daily water aerobics with Beste and Metehan. We also really liked Zumba afternoon classes with Beste, which were really fun and refreshing

The food is delicious, with a wide selection, and the desserts are a special treat! The sheer number of them makes you forget about dieting ❤️ The hotel is superb, I recommend it to everyone)))

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is very cozy, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and it's a pleasure to spend time in them

Room is spacious enough although only 1 sink and bathroom amenities and minibar are fairly limited. Food was good, enough choice between the buffet and a'la carte restaurants, but reservation system needs improvement

Roka restaurant was our favorite. Pool area is nice but good luck finding spot due to the usual towel crowd, other areas are easier to find a spot in and nice. Drink service to the loungers is fairly slow

Restaurant/food- Every night we had to wait until the last minute to go have dinner as restaurant couldn’t accommodate all the guests, one night there was no tables available inside, outside or even at the restaurant next door so we skipped dinner and ate out

We would like to thank Romeo and Aydın who work in the animation department. They were also very good guides. If you want to see them at this hotel, you should definitely see them if you go to this hotel

The rooms don’t have working cold air conditioning and instead had hot air conditioning. I explained this as a problem with reception and they failed to help me and provide a solution

There is points that I would change such as rude Germans and Russians pushing in front of you for good etc. but they are nothing to do with the hotel and cannot be avoided so that hasn't effected my review of the hotel

We even used the spa facility's during our stay and that was excellent. Honestly, don't worry about reading the negative reviews of this hotel, you really have to go and make up your own minds

In our whole stay at the hotel we only met one member of staff who couldn't speak English which didn't effect our stay in the slightest. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome

All the staff worked a lot but they almost did not speak English. There is also a restaurant on the beach, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, they make it only at the bar by the pool

Memory massage stays for longer! The fish pool needs cleaning. Always a delicious tea after the treatment. In a beauty salon you have to be careful when you take your drinks. Better to have something twisted in a bottle

Every 3-4 days it has a festival. The rooms aren’t very good but can’t be in your room because you have to be somewhere doing something and every day there cleaning the room. And well almost everyone are german

Chef Hussain and Osman were also always on the restaurants looking after guests. GM was also always available everywhere

We come here 15 September and it's first time we come to terrace elite resort. Everything is fantastic the staff of this hotel is great. The food is good , the rooms beautiful and clean reception they have good work

But best of all are the entertainment team who have made the holiday for us even though we don't usually join in. They have encouraged us to take part in activities which has made us engage with other guests

No lack of sun loungers and shade on beach front. All day Beach buffet and drinks are delicious open till about 6. All day Pool bar and fresh cooked to order food and ice cream available most of day

Apreciate the option of lunch on the beach. In the pool and beach area are snack time with traditinal turkish snacks made by traditional way by very nice and friendly older ladies

Its the perfect location for Side, Antalya Alanya and the massive private beach and inclusive free beach buffet restaurant and bar are fantastic! The hotel and beach annexe have all the facilities you need! Beach is 5 min walk, or 1 min free golf shuttle to the beach

They are making different fun activities for children and adults. I had meet one of the staff who was very nice and took care of our family , I really enjoyed her company, Sinem your are very helpful and amazing person

The animators Hakan and Mehmet are also very nice an fun. There is a beach near by, which is clean and you always geht a place for lying there. All in all i would sah that this is a great hotel for a vacation!

rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and speaks a mix of languages so it’s a bit funny but easy to communicate with them😅 the food is very good, bufet always has a wide variety of different foods

The beach is clean, and during our stay, the sea was definitely not dirty as mentioned in some reviews—it was just a bit cloudy by the sand at the shore, but still very clean. Our experience from the hotel was positive

In beach you dont have coctails but its doesnt matters because they are terrible Also in hotel. We have got to go to next hotels for drinks. The pool bar food its still same

The beach is about 10 minute walk which was no problem for us ( shuttle service available ). Our only niggles were that eating at the restaurant on the most popular times was a rush. ( with people skipping lines etc

(also plenty of treats for the children: ice cream, cookies and snacks at the pool) The kitchen was perfectly fine for us: good food ( focus on Turkisch kitchen), wide choice and sufficient variety between the dishes in the buffet and a neat presentation

If you want to sit by a sun lounger then be prepared to get up around 5am to secure one! Booze is local stuff so not so strong although does the job. No real complaints except the sun loungers and the first room!

Our room first night was not what we booked and only corrected after 2 days. The staff were excellent, food as vegetarians go was good, but need better signage on the food. Some had meat but didn't look like it

Me and my husband had a great 10 day stay at the glamour resort and spa hotel, was very clean, the food was good the entertainment was also good. Two girls Sevinc and humaira, were lovely 🥰

There is plenty of shade and you can still access a buffet lunch as part of the all inclusive package plus a smaller range of soft drinks and alcohol (No cocktails) Entertainment

There is a huge selection of food on a daily basis. This is NOT one of those All Inclusive hotels that serves you only cold sliced meat and eggs. Much of the food is cooked in full view, so you can see how it is prepared

Selection of drinks at the bar is excellent and you can have any cocktail made that you want. Free ice cream is also available for the children for around 5 hours a day

A little bit of luxury where you can have your drinks and food brought to you by your own waiter! Well worth it for one or two days

The slides are much better than they appear on the pictures and kept my 9,12 and 14 year old happy for hours. The pool area is very clean and there are cabana type huts you can rent for the day for around 45 Euros

We rented a large one for 4 people for 10 euros an hour, and we rode around in a sidecar. The hotel was completely full at the end of May—they cancelled the buffet, only à la carte

​This is now officially my favourite hotel in Side, Turkey. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was dedicated to relaxation and comfort

I didn't have a single poor meal during the entire stay. The kitchen offers a great selection each night, ensuring there is always something new and delicious to look forward to

Big thanks to him for everything he did and for all his kindness. Big thanks to the waiters at the beach bar Mikail, Ismail and Aydin too. They also made our evening at the A la carte restaurant unforgettable

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were buffet style in the main restaurant. There was something for everyone. Special thanks to the lovely waitress named Cansu

This might not be ideal for guests seeking a very lively or overtly social environment, but it perfectly contributes to the quiet, relaxing vibe we enjoyed. ​I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!
