Mini Disco was great for our daughter Also it doesn’t make sense to go in Ultra All inclusive hotel and in the beach to have to pay for fruits,corn, ice coffee

The team at the restaurant as the animators, and the manager Agnieszka were very helpful 👍, nice and positive

The hotel looks nice, is very quiet and clean however the food wasn't that great. It looks like the owners want to save up on the meals.

During nowadays pandemic days,the safety and cleaning are the most important and we feel it everywhere in this hotel. On the arriving day we received flowers, fruit and non alcoholic champagne

We spent an awesome time with kids in this hotel last summer 😎. I have to mention it wasn't our first trip in Side, but definitely it's the place where we would like to come back again 😀

Great hotel with great value for money. Food is great and staff is trying to be helpful but not many speak s English. The entertainment team is great and they were trying its best

We took a minibus to Side, I recommend it, very beautiful views, fare 3 lira. For shopping lovers - Novamall. We were at the hotel in mid-November, the water was 24-22C, the air was 26-22C

I am incredibly indecisive so it was great to have a little bit of everything that took my fancy! There are busy times in the restaurants so you can struggle to find a table but if you avoid those times it is a breeze

Two members of staff really made our meal times a pleasure - Ibrahaim and Emirah, they really looked after us. The hotel room was good - very clean and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe

Clean towels supplied daily and the drinks fridge restocked. The shower was lovely and plenty of space in the bathroom

The evening entertainment was available but we chose to spend time in the many bars enjoying the strong drinks! It was a lovely hotel, great holiday, made even better by the very friendly and helpful staff

We used the main restaurant which had plenty of options, service on drinks could be a bit slow and they didn't like you getting your own drinks. Lots of cats about that were healthy looking and friendly

Me and my partner visited Side and decided to go via TUI to the Paloma Perissia hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment and hospitality of the staff and well as the variety of the food and drinks

Going for an All Inclusive experience is a must, and will be definitely worth the price! We really enjoyed the night activities and the quality of the food at the main restaurant

As an organizer, you want someone who understands what you need before you even ask, and Serkan does exactly that. His calm presence, quick support and constant smile create a feeling of trust and comfort

I stayed here with my family for 15 days. I found it to be a beautiful hotel with lots of nature, a good sized pool, and a great entertainment team

We have just returned from a 1 week stay at this hotel, wish we had booked longer ! Hotel is kept very clean, clean towels and linen daily

Hotel employees can have any kind of relationship with other employees and date each other, and they won't be fired. Even if they are fired, they'll be called back

Hard to communicate with Staff due to language barrier as they are trained to communicate with German guests- on last night a member of the party came down with sickness and could not stop being sick after eating from the main restaurant

The staff at this hotel are excellent and very helpful, some struggle with English but do their best nevertheless, a few words of Turkish go a very long way! We were really put off after we read some reviews but are happy we ignored them

Fresh made and filled flatbreads yum! Mainly German clientele but in my experience these guys do not tolerate substandard and if you make conversation they are excellent company

It should be noted this hotel is owner operated and not some soulless corporate monolith, consequently the service is excellent as is the hygiene and general chilled out vibe

The staff were always friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely looked after. Entertainment was lively, with fun daytime activities, kids’ options, pools with slides, and enjoyable evening shows

Only minor downsides were that the buffet could feel a bit repetitive after several days, and the evening music might be loud for some. Still, it was an excellent holiday, and we would happily return

Great Hotel would definitely recommend. Best yoga and pilates time with Ebru K, very nice staff and helpful. Very clean and beautiful landscape and hotel grounds. Lots of cute cats to play with

This hotel was a perfect choice for us, a married couple! It’s such a family friendly hotel and has every amenity needed. The food is great and never short of supplies or freshness

The beach and pool areas were also a highlight – clean, well-maintained, with plenty of loungers and bar service

Overall, the resort offers a great mix of relaxation and entertainment, perfect for both families and couples

Every mealtime was a joy and combined with the really good cocktails (made with name brand alcohol) at the bars it made the holiday really relaxing

My only 2 criticisms would be the opening times of the kids club (10-12h and 14-16h only) as it should be longer really, and the fact that the gratuity boxes are split for the different service areas (housekeeping, gardening, etc) when it really should be one gratuity box split for all staff members

I used the sauna in the spa every day and liked that there was a large adult pool with jacuzzi to escape to if you dont have young children and fancied a break

We sent our daughter to kids club every day and she loved it. A special thank you to Charlie and Melike for looking after her so well and being so kind

Every day I took walks outside the resort along the beach and from what I could tell this hotel was by far the best on that stretch of beach

Another bonus was that there were always lots of sun-beds so people didn't seem to feel the need get up before 8am to try and reserve one

We had an amazing time at Oasis spa - 10/10 and would definitely go again! Highly recommend I’ve been here 3 times and it has been a great experience every time

Bar services good – Pool Bar/Beach Bar/Pub downstairs/lobby, good drinks good service – small selection of cocktails on the AI, all good

Pool/Beach Towels were provided from the hotel spa, a bit annoying that they could only be returned at certain times of the day, and replaced at a different time! Each visit presented the staff member in the spa the opportunity to sell the services of the Balinese ladies of the spa, it got very annoying – like a previous reviewer mentioned it is worth thinking about bringing your own pool towels to...

The food on the buffet was pleasant and varied, with a mixture of tastes in our group – we all found something we liked each evening, apart from the seafood night – this is a completely personal preference, everyone else was enjoying it thoroughly, they even had oysters on the buffet so if this is your thing, you will love it

Some days they could not tell if the room had been serviced or not! The Beach area reserved for hotel guests, had a bar service, freshly cooked food, changing rooms and toilets it was first class – plenty of loungers and umbrellas at this time of year, serviced by shuttle buses from the hotel every 5 minutes

The pool area of the hotel was busy, but we always managed to find beds – I imagine during peak holiday times (July-Sept) this area would be very crowded though – it’s not a large area for the size of the hotel

Another plus was the flexibility: we were able to easily change rooms after we weren't entirely satisfied with the location of our first room. The entire complex is beautifully designed and creates a welcoming atmosphere

All restaurants serve a wide range of tasty food, with unlimited ale Carte, you have to book which can fill up so book within a couple days and you should be fine. Pool and beach areas are clean with lovely water

The receptionist was very friendly. Towel changes were limited to 10:00-11:00 and 16:00-17:00, and only possible in the spa

The rooms were extremely noisy. The TV was very loud, making it impossible to sleep. During mealtimes, there was a smell of food in the room

Our oldest daughter who is normally very shy was every day occupied with the animation team playing volleyball, table tennis,… I advice this to everybody!

We loved this hotel! The all-inclusive meals are top-notch. There are two deep pools on site, two more for the little ones. The sea is a 3-5-minute walk away

The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall

It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City

A good hotel with strong animation. Cold breakfasts and generally cold food. The beach is narrow, the entrance to the sea is bad, there are stones. There are catastrophically few sun loungers

Overal the place of the hotel is also very nice. You can choose to go to the pool or beach. Even if you dont want to walk 200 meters they bring you with a golf cart! The park is also apropiate for children

Ive visited Nova park in may with family. It really suprised me because its a really good hotel. The room service/cleaning, the food(service) and the animation were really good

Why 4 star then? Room was not available for honeymoon until 3:30 PM and food is okay not the best, there is so little meat option, mostly Turkey meat

It offered a full waiter service for both food and drinks. They also featured specific dessert hours for fresh waffles, pancakes, and ice cream, which were delicious

Although this was the very start of the season and the weather was quite mixed, the animation crew arranged activities throughout the day and entertainment each evening

The rooms had a convenient "Clean Room/Do Not Disturb" switch system, and our rooms were cleaned daily, even on the mornings we chose to sleep in! The beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and the rooms felt bright with plenty of lighting and lamps

Beach & Facilities: The beach is less than a 5-minute scenic walk away. The sand and ocean were very clean, with lifeguards on duty for safety. Free sunbeds are provided, though the beach bar carries additional charges

The room we stayed in, was in decent size, very clean, good quality beds and very nice balcony with view. What I was disappointed with was that in 5* hotel in 2025 there is no smart tv with streaming service

The main buffet ran like clockwork (Breakfast 07:00–10:30, Lunch 12:30–14:00, and Dinner 19:00–21:00). The variety changed daily, and it was a treat to see fresh food cooked right in front of you

i believe it caters all tastes, at least i had a lot to choose from. drinks in the bars- variety, international as well. wifi free of charge everywhere, even on the beach

It would be nice if the road leading to the shore was better maintained (but since it is public land, no one feels like it belongs to them), because it is otherwise very enjoyable to walk along the small stream flowing into the sea

Nice hotel not far away from the sea- like 300 m walk; they also take guests in golf carts frequently from 8. we had sea view room 1110 - nice, comfortable with pool view

Food was basic, repetitive, and uninspired both in the restaurant and at the beach bar. Drinks were even worse at the beach, watered down and flavorless

Alcoholic drinks tasted like juice, and were inconsistent every time. I slept well, no loud music at night. Evening shows were held daily, the overall vibe was loud and family-oriented

The bathroom was excellent, with hot water, good pressure, and daily toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Wi-Fi was terrible, disconnected constantly. Air conditioning worked only half the time

The staff were professional, welcoming, and really made me feel comfortable. The hammam and sauna were spotless and very relaxing, and the massage I had was one of the best I’ve experienced

The hotel is just super. The food is wonderful, different every day. Drinks and alcohol are plentiful. And the beer is simply divine, nothing tastier than that.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sultan of Side! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety

Extras such as massage and Hamam are great value. There is entertainment every night. They’ve got their own part of the beach which is about 10 minutes walk. Food is amazing, cooked fresh and a large variety

For that reason, I scheduled 3 more during my stay. Vedat, the therapist, has a magic touch and took away all the stress I brought here with me

I would say there is something to eat for most people. Lunch is a good choice but again cold food , one occasion went as soon as it opened, the soup was just warm , and a chicken meal cold , even the chips were cold

We used the Italian restaurant and here we felt very rushed as if they wanted us to eat up and go, the food was nice except the main meal was over cooked, overall it looks lovely but again getting tired in need of a bit of work to tidy it up , Spoke to an English couple,the young girl was telling me how she was compromised by one of the mangers suggesting she went to a room with him , this behavior...

We used the beach a few times , they serve drinks in cheap plastic not at all very strong ,can only get larger and wine though the food is simple , chicken or burgers or some mix from other meals

Just on our last day of holiday at Side Crown Serenity Hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but lots of positives. Loads of food to choose from at meal times lovely Breads and plentiful

This hotel is amazing. Staff go above & beyond for you. Rooms are spacious & very clean. The food is impeccable, something for all taste buds.

This isn't a reflection of the hotel and staff as it was spotless, but unfortunately coming home feeling like i have been in a 90s time warp due to the guests. Side town centre which is gorgeous and well worth a visit

It was very noisy between 8pm -12pm from a hotel next door with pumping loud music. Also very loud music during 10am-5pm from pool entertainment. We requested to change but hotel was full

Staff at hotel are friendly and everyone spoke English but shows and activities were mainly in German. We were allocated a double room facing the kids pool

No one at hotel or surrounding shop owners could convert pounds/liras to euros- we had to go to Mangavat market to exchange money

I have been in many hotels in Antalya but this hotel has been the best so far. From the start, they welcome you warmly at the reception. Especially Dilara is very kind and she has a huge smile on her face all the time

There are everything that you think of, you name it -they make it My son says he has the best milkshake here! The sea is the warmest part of the Mediterranean sea. Hotel has a private beach with both sand and shingles

Your towels are replaced, mini bar is topped up, tea and coffee are stocked up. You don’t need to chase after anything! Our room is in a quiet area, lovely! The food is delicious! It’s not repetitive

Our room is on the 6th floor , room 1644 and has a garden view. We partly can see the sea as well, bonus! Mrs Ates has been making our room ready for us every single day with lovely decorations

Family vacation! For the children it was possible not to worry - the animators worked 100%. And baby food not worried: everything is clean, heated, children's milk, yogurt or curds in the fridge

Some places when you're all inclusive have the same foods each day, but it wasn't like that here, there was a great selection of meat and fish and local foods each day as well as food from midday until 3pm where you could get burgers and chips by the pool

Warm food & drinks 24/7! Sandy beach, although the sand not the finest, water shoes not really needed. Dolmus stop just outside the hotel will take you to Manavgat and Side. Good choice of entertainment in the evening

We have just left this place and I would go back without hesitation. This was the best all inclusive. Amazing food, very hard working staff, so clean everywhere including toilets

They have about 5 different pools of all different sizes, and they've recently opened some new water slides and splash pad for the kids, which were great fun. The choice of food was great and the quality was very good

A great range of drinks, both local and international included within the all inclusive offering with a wide variety of cocktails and a selection of mocktails as well

Plenty of choice of food, it does rotate around relatively quickly, every 3 days or so but there are restaurants on site to book that help give some variation

The waterpark is great, not just for the kids but good fun for adults alike. There is a big castle set up for smaller children to explore and use making it accessible for all ages

The main swimming pool is huge, it must be 50 metres or so, there are then some apartments that have their own pool arranged as swim up rooms

Hotel is very aesthetic and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for food - both included A La Carte’s are very good, and you can use them at dinner rather than just the main buffet restaurant

No mad rush for a sunbed in the morning, there are plenty to go around by the pool and along the very nice beach
