The children saw her and many of the others in the team as a friend and were upset to leave! All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and hard working. The bar staff Aydin and Duge were always helpful

Went with a friend and our 2 children. The children loved the slides, beach, ice cream, Turkish bath but most importantly the animation team! They went out of their way to make our holiday fun

It' s one of the best sea holiday place in Side Antalya. Beach of the hotel is perfect. People working in hotel are very good. Foods are 😋 delicious. Clean. I advice you to stay.

Her name is Yasmine, she works to the corner of reception, she is classed as Customer Relations - she has short shaved blonde hair, an older lady & is extremely rude!!! 3 people in our group had to speak to her on different occasions & she was rude to all 3 of us! It did lead to us making a complaint about her

Everything is cleaned up and the Personal is very helpful and friendly. The surrounding to the hotel is great. You can walk to the old side village in about 10 minutes with all its beauty and history

If you want trainers I’d recommend going to the second market in the row & the shop in the middle (next to a huge drinks fridge) is where you will get the best deals. Markets don’t open until 10am but we were there at 9

Lunch at the beach bar is the best with a stunning setting. It’s the hotels own private beach with 100s of sun beds which are free. There is about 45-50 steps from the beach bar down to the beach

If you want to save loungers you can not leave towels on them before 7am or security takes them away. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s absolutely stunning!!!!!!

The staff are brilliant, cleaners are so friendly even those not on your floor/block & have never seen you before. Rooms cleaned daily unless you put sign on door

Some of the highliths were the fitness classes, the Spa area and (a personal favorite) the San Sebastian Cheesecake. Just one thing to keep in mind, the average age of the guests is higher than I expected

The sea is slightly wavy but very clean. The town of Side is only a 10-minute drive away. I highly recommend visiting the sights there, especially in the evening when the atmosphere is particularly charming

One waiter ignored my order for a cocktail, only to bring it half an hour later with a smile, after I had already gone to the bar myself. The food was tasty but extremely repetitive

Some waiters in the restaurant were polite and respectful, and after the first day I managed to figure out where everything was, but overall the hotel felt unfriendly and unwelcoming

Meat dishes were varied, but fish was always the same type prepared with different sauces every day. Out of seven days, seafood and sushi were served only once

I also don’t understand the overly positive reviews and the guests who return here year after year; it feels like they simply have no point of comparison

There are no clear signs inside the hotel, so finding your way around was frustrating. The beach itself is nice, with a gradual entrance into the sea

As a pescatarian, I had almost no variety and ended up eating the same thing daily. The entire menu seemed designed exclusively for German guests

The restaurant was too small for the number of guests (and it's not even high season), so it sometimes took a long time to find a seat

So much more than expected! Yes I had read some reviews and wasn’t expecting much and when I have stayed here for more than a week (5 days left of my stay here) I must say I do not understand some of the reviews people have written

We had a bad experience in the old town where some guys at a te store tried ripping us off with a te for 130 euros where we could get the same te at the kiosk for 7 euros (yes SEVEN!) Everywhere you go in the hotel people try to help

Although they don’t speak so good English but then we do have google translate! I can’t wait to come back here and get another amazing holiday! This is the best one I have ever had! Oh I almost forgot about the ice coffee…

Great atmosphere, not a big entertainment team but enough to keep us occupied for the week, all staff were polite and reasonable, the location is very ideal within a walk to the beach aswell as local markets and many restaurants

First of all, ill start with the negative. Although my stay overall was lovely, The main issue my family had was the rooms. Our shower and our balcony door was broken

The food is tasty, although the selection tends to repeat after a few days. Drinks available throughout the day from the dispensers are overly sweet and have an artificial taste

The next morning, we requested a different room and, for an additional fee, were moved to one with a balcony located above the restaurant

Aswell as this, you only recieve one room key which becomes very annoying when someone wants to stay in the room or sharing with multiple people. However, overall, our stay was excillent

Nice hotel food and drinks all good, only bad thing I would have to share is that a lot of Germans at this hotel and staff / some of entertainment staff favour them

We had breakfast in the sunrise restaurant which has everything you could wish for and sometimes they would bring us champagne. Lunch was at the beach bar and dinner at sunset

Also snacks were great waffles which we had once. Ice cream frozen drinks The staff were all wonderful each and everyone you must be so proud to have such a beautiful team

We took advantage of the alacart restaurant the Italian and the fish service extremely high No need to put towels on sun beds as there are plenty of beds to go round

Unfortunately a lot of people do put towels on early and take the same beds each day but I feel you may miss out on the whole of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff worked very hard in keeping it clean

On the beach sunbeds are also free and are available all the time. There is also a bar with drinks, snacks etc. It was fantastic time in this hotel. We were with 4 yo kid and he was very happy

Cons: The WiFi cost 10EUR per week, and cuts off as soon as you put the phone down so you have to connect every time. You wont get any messages in the standy mode. Everybody speaks german and very little english

Speak English and German Drinks are limited at all-inclusive when you ask for gin and lemonade, they give you white vodka and pineapple juice so ask for sprite

The rooms are fine, although one or two things need to be replaced/replaced. The cleaning of the rooms varies; this depends on the cleaning staff and the time they have available for cleaning

Quiet hotel, mostly for elder folks. Rooms are clean and functional, the bars are ok, big outdoor pool. There is a bus stop nearby from which you can easily get to Antic Side or Manavgat

From alcohol they drank only red wine. Sometimes it was cool, sometimes it was somehow "sour", but you can drink it, I can't say about other drinks - I haven't tried it. The service is very friendly, helpful and humorous

Always ready to help, suggest, everyone smiles, remembers your preferences - you come to dinner, and the waiter is already carrying drinks. The beach is nice, umbrellas, sun loungers

There's a small pool with slides on site, but it was perfect for us with a 3. The slides are open from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The restaurant offers a varied menu every day, catering to every taste

I can only think bad reviews are down to so many different nationalitys ,there was only us and one other English couple there so if u looking to mix with other English couples its probably not for u but overall the hotel is fine , rooms kept clean , pool area spotless , food is ur typical Turkish fare so all depends on what u like to eat can always get nice chicken/tuna salads ,chips etc fresh bread...

Beach area i didn't think much of an could do with a revamp but other than that I couldn't complain. Location is great there is shops an restaurants in any direction u chose to walk

If ur going into old town side take the everenski (3) only on it about 15 mins no need to pay 15 euro each way in taxi its only 1 euro 50 cents

Shame you can have only beer at the beach even their website says they serve there wine but they don't. At the hotel any cocktails are chargeable 5€. At all inclusive only whisky, vodka, wine and beer

The stay sas amazing! Hotel staff was friendly, but for me, they spoke little english. They are better in german, which unfortunetaly i do not speak.

Room was a tad small but didn't bother us. Room has TV, fridge , hairdryer, toiletries, kettle large walk in shower. Water replaced but abundant store in large fridge in bakery area

10 min walk to beach with all inclusive bar/ eatery or shuttle bus every 15 mins or so. 5 mins to small selection of shops, cash point, pharmacy & covered market. 20 mins other direction to larger area of shops

Recommend the Sahin Steakhouse, first restaurant on left if you go this direction. We drink lager so OK but no cocktail list. Never known that before ! Entertainment team provide darts, French boules

The restaurant manager Ahmet along with his team ran a very well oiled machine in that the food was always replenished with lots of lovely choices from morning breakfast through to evening meal

and its earn its 5 stars yes its not new and yes its not right on the beach. the food and the team is outstanding. and better than most even more expensive competitors

The hotel itself was very clean and well situated for the beach and other tourist attractions!! It is approx 1 hour transfer from the airport

During our stay we mainly stayed around the pool, we did use the hotel bus to the beach which is great but, we enjoyed the entertainment during the day and found Mona and her team were busy and tried to involve all guests in the different activities which were great

A special shoutout to Zeynel and Ahsen from Customer Relations, and the chef who prepared separate meals for my wife with a celiac allergy. Ahmet was also very friendly and helpful in the Bar area

And let’s not forget the guy who didn’t get his name in the Hamam and massage area—that was a bit of a funny story! The food selection was good and changed regularly, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the meals

The food both in the hotel and on the beach is good, you can always find something for every taste. The hotel has a big selection at every meal. The drinks (local alcohol) are okay for a 4 star hotel

Friendly stuff, close to beach, quiet, nice food

The sandy beach is about a 5 minute walk or with the shuttle and is beautiful. The sea is clean and clear and there are enough free loungers for everyone

Some of the rooms also need to be renovated; you can see the age of the building in places like door frames, cupboards, shower cubicles and exhaust fans

However, the rooms facing the street are not recommended; the windows are very thin and you can constantly hear the street next to the hotel

There is one in the adjacent hotel (Villa Side Residence), but as a holidaymaker at the Villa Side Hotel you are not allowed to visit it just like that - so you cannot use the mini club

First impressions, when arriving at the hotel, you could be forgiven for being a little underwhelmed by the facade of the building but as soon as the you are met by Mehmet, bell boy and enter through the automatic doors, you are about to have and initial negative thoughts turned on their head… Mehmet Ali, Emir and the amazing Reception team will ensure every concern or question you may have will...

The food in the hotel is varied and of an exceptional standard for a smaller hotel and for this visit, credit to Savas, Veli and his team for ensuring that the focus was maintained on keeping the quality right through to the very last day of the season

The biggest compliment I can give him after season one is that it just gets better and better and 65%+ of returning guests can’t be wrong… Well done Team Andiz, keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you all in April

Nuri and Mehmet offer a fantastic service both at lunch time and in their individual à la cartes in the evening where nothing is too much trouble and are regularly checking-in to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed

The hotel is maintained to an immaculate level within the rooms, public areas and all outside spaces and the team sometimes get overlooked compared to the “guest-facing” staff, but they all do a wonderful job
