Arrived with high expectations and was absolutely stunned by its beauty! The buggy and boat services were excellent. Make sure to hit the beach early, as it gets impossible to find a chair in the afternoon. As a lazy person, I wanted to book dinner to make things easier, but the process was surprisingly complicated. Luckily, Trip.com helped sort it out.

Overall a great visit. The resort is beautiful and the restaurants outstanding. We did have an issue at check in over the room category allocation which was eventually resolved. The hotel is conveniently located just a short boat ride from the Old Town, and about a 15-minute walk from the Spice and Gold Souks. It's a smaller hotel, and the breakfast options are more Western-focused, which makes it a good fit for business travelers.

The room is great and the view is stunning! The service is excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around, and supermarkets and many cafes are also close by! We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back.

The hotel service is excellent, and they offer free valet parking. The location is great too; you can take a boat from downstairs to Al Seef for just 2 dirhams per person. We enjoyed 5 nights in the kempinski hotel. However the hotel apartments do consist of quite dated room furniture. Very clean but not modern. Dubai is competitive with hotels so the overall hotel has a palace feel to it, they should definitely renovate bathrooms at least. All in all it was a good stay.

The service was excellent. When checking in, the front desk staff told us which restaurants we could choose from, where breakfast was served, the times for everything, and the pool opening hours. They also provided a map and the operating hours for all the facilities.
