It was too hot to enjoy the beach, but the multiple cooled pools kept us happy. They offered pleasant complimentary refreshments every 90 minutes. The kids meals were free and the blue water area gives you lots of dining options if you want to wander off property. Rooms were new, clean, and comfortable.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Overnight the bathroom flooded due to a leaked pipe. I slipped in the bathroom when I went in at 6am hitting my shoulder. The manager came quickly to resolve it.

Honestly, it wasn't as bad as some reviews made it sound; everything was pretty good. When I arrived, I ended up booking the only large suite with a balcony overlooking Palm Jumeirah.
