The location is super convenient, directly connected to the Dubai Mall. The service was excellent, with housekeeping cleaning the room twice a day. Staying here made it so easy to combine shopping and visiting the Burj Khalifa. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dubai!

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. The hotel lobby is directly connected to the famous Dubai Mall, so you can access the mall right from inside the hotel. You can also walk through the mall from the hotel to the Burj Khalifa's ground floor shops, which takes about 10 minutes – it's very close. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic.

This is a hotel that’s absolutely not at luxury standard. At a good location but staff attitude (except for room staff) is bad. We had two twin rooms and the hotel said only one twin room was booked and the other was a double bed. Room size wasn’t accurate too, trip.com stated 45sqm but hotel told us it’s only 41sqm. Awaiting for shuttle bus for almost 2 hours on 27 March, if not calling then will never know the service suspened that day due to raining. Then am adviced to take Metro which extremely far from T3, , so please not prompt the convenience of any nearby airport. However the location is good to walk around as adjacent to neighborhood Talal supermarket. Next time will reconsider subject the shuttle service

A great hotel for staying in Dubai. I stayed here for a week — the hotel is new, clean, modern, and very well maintained. I especially liked the convenient location: it is easy to get to the places you need, and everything necessary is nearby. It was a very comfortable stay, and I would gladly come back again.

You can see the tall hotel across the highway and metro from Dubai Marina. As expected from the Taj brand, the hospitality is excellent. The clientele is predominantly Indian, but it's a brand new hotel that is very clean and luxurious.

The bathroom smells like sewage. The smell never goes away. The hotel staff were very kind and this is likely something out of their control but something a traveler should be aware of. We did tell them several times. Love the ambiance of the hotel and the restaurant staff are very friendly.

That's really nice hotel not only for layover between flights. You get exactly what you see on the photos, maybe even better, it was really clean and quiet with helpful personell. Fast check-in and check-out, with shuttle operating from and to airport 24/7 every 30 mins.

This is my second stay here, and it was a great experience. It's clean and hygienic, and getting around is super convenient. There's a shuttle bus directly to the airport, and taxis are often waiting right outside. It's a really good value for money choice.

Nice hotel, can't fault anything during our stay. In-between the W and Westin hotels, can use the facilities of both these hotels. Small waterpark which is also free to use.
