The room size was just right, and the standard room even had a bathtub, which was very comfortable. There weren't many disposable amenities, but you could ask the front desk for what you needed. Bathrobes were also available upon request. There's a free swimming pool, a kids' club/play area, and a gym. The outdoor pool was great!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles and offering help whenever needed. Their attentive and positive attitude made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, adding a personal touch that truly stood out.

I stay in Sofitel Dubai for 6 days for this trip, it make me feel like home. Room is very cozy and clean. They always prepare for good sleep by put camomile tea on the bedside table. Visited The First Collection Marina with my family in November. We had a great experience with excellent hospitality. The staff is very varied in their treatment and they do not say things in a concrete and true way, for example: wait 5 minutes for such a thing and it is 15-20, etc.

It was too hot to enjoy the beach, but the multiple cooled pools kept us happy. They offered pleasant complimentary refreshments every 90 minutes. Our room was connecting room and the door inbetween didnt have proper isolation and we could hear everything going on at the other room. This made problems for our sleeping unfortunately.
